We had some scheduling problems initially but they were resolved and the work was excellent.

The price was a little high but the results were worth it. When I saw the number of old door rollers in his truck, I knew that he knew what he was doing.

Everything went fine. Right slide would not make one part available to Tucson Door, unless they did further investigation plus the part was so expensive I can image how much they would have charged for labor.. So , its not self closing, but I can handle that. The repair person knew what he was doing, door never rolled so easy. Great job Ric

Rick and Oscar were kind, knowledgeable and quick to service. We couldn't be happier with the outcome!

Rick is the one to call. Our 1971 8 ft. sliding glass door had given us an upper body workout every time we opened or closed it for the past 8 years! Then it would not open at all. Rick came and was able to lift it off the track, figure out where it was getting stuck, and that the track had settled over time and was not level. He made adjustments, installed new rollers, and even a handle. The old handle had come off. Now it slides quietly and easily like a new door! Needless to say, we are pleased! Rick has 30 years of experience.
