Rick demonstrated his many years of experience, resolved conflicts with adjacent security doors-bars, and uses only double-wheeled rollers. The result are doors that work as well or better than when new. He was also polite, pleasant, informative, accommodating and efficient; completed the work on 3 doors in about 2 hours.

I called Tucson door service and Rick responded to give me an estimate! We set a tentative date for Thursday the next two days and he would call me that day to tell me if he had the stuff and he could make it! Rick called me early Thursday morning to confirm the appointment and I told him to come on over to get the door repaired! Met Rick at the front door after he knocked! We went to the back door where he proceeded to take out the standing glass part so he could remove the sliding glass door and do the repair of the wheels! He replaced a single wheel with heavy duty dual wheels at each end and replaced the sliding window door back on its track and then adjusted it to its proper height! Then Rick replaced the unmovable glassdoor to complete the job! Thus completing the job by tweaking everything to slide just right including the screen door! Good clean professional job!

Rick is not just some "Handyman". He is a real door Pro with 30 years of experience. He came and looked at my door, explained what I needed and why. We agreed on a price, he ordered the parts, he called and scheduled a time to repair. Repairs were complete as agreed upon. Rick performed my repair to my complete satisfaction.
