TamTime Cleaners

Things went poorly from the beginning. They were supposed to arrive between 9:30 and 10:00am. Due to issues they finally arrived between 11:30 and 12:00. They were to do the window blinds, wipe off all surfaces, baseboards, bath fixtures, countertops, vacuum and mop. They were made aware this was a move-out cleaning. I was told for a first time cleaning it was 15 cents per square foot. I was quoted over the phone $485. I checked back at various times to see their progress. It appeared they were working, but when 7:00 pm rolled around and they didn't seem to be making much progress, I began to have concerns. Anyway, they finally said they were finished around 9:00 pm. I met them at the house, they were already outside in their truck, waiting for me with the key. I assumed, they had done as asked and since it was so late, decided to trust they had done their job, instead of inspecting first. I asked how much and was told $625. Should have argued then, but was hoping they had done a good job and because of the late hour just paid it. Then, I went inside and saw that they had not done a good job. They had not vacuumed and although an attempt at mopping the floors had been done, it was done poorly, very poorly. All the blinds were left up, although I had expressly requested they be put down. Streaks were left on the counters, and windows. They floor hadn't even been cleaned along one side of the dryer and puddles of water were left on the floor. We were leaving town the next morning. We came back early from our trip, and I spent from 11:30 am until 4:30 pm trying to fix the mess they had left for the house inspection from the rental company. When the rental company inspector asked if we'd had it professionally cleaned I answered, "yes." They wanted to see the receipt. Although I have contacted the company, they have not sent me a receipt. The entire experience was not a good one or a satisfactory one. I would not recommend hiring TamTimeCleaners at all.
