Adam did a great job at an excellent price. He was on time and completed everything quickly and completely. The only slight negatve was he could have cleaned up a bit more thoroughly.

He arrived precisely on time, was courteous, professional, extremely knowledgeable, and very experienced in all trades and skills. An inventory of all requested repairs and inventory was taken and then he went right to work. I am relieved to have found someone who is an expert at what he does and delivers so well!

Adam was very pleasant over the phone, even though I called afterhours (expecting to get VM). I explained the problems I needed fixed prior to being able to close on our new house a few days before close, so timing was critical. Adam knew exactly what I was describing and told me how he would fix it. When I let him know I had another contractor already scheduled to give me a bid, he was very nice and told me that if I liked the first guy to go with him, otherwise call Adam back and he could stop by in the afternoon. The other guy came and gave me a bid that I thought was way too high, especially when I looked up his license and found it had been expired for over 5 years. Adam came right out, looked at the repairs and gave me a bid $300 less and seemed to have a much greater understanding that I needed the repairs done fast but done right to please the lender. Adam's ROC is solid. After checking his schedule, he came out two days later and was finished by lunch (the other guy said it would take all day). Adam has a great attitude and hustles to get the work done without sacrificing quality. We didn't have a huge job or an elaborate design that needed to be done, but there is a time and a place for that. I would definitely ask Adam for bids on future work we're planning (replacing carpet with tile, building a pergola, etc).

Adam was very pleasant to work with. He responded to my phone call promptly after leaving a message for a quote. Adam gave a fair quote and worked with my crazy schedule. Adam started work when I asked and was punctual during the whole job. The work was excellent and I would hire his company again. The most impressive part of the experience was his dedication to cleaning his mess that was made during the job. On the last day, he stayed well past 7pm by himself to make sure everything was the way it was prior to him starting the job. It was cool to see him go the extra mile to make my wife and I happy customers.

Adam showed up as agreed and performed as agreed. He was very thorough and excellent cleanup as well.

Adam (the owner) was very responsive right from the beginning. Initially, we communicated mostly thru e-mail. We sent him some basic plans and ideas that we had for the shed and he sent us an estimate. We planned on him coming by to view the building site on a weekend day (can't recall if it was Sat or Sunday) at 9 a.m. He showed up right on time, gave us his opinion on some potential changes to the plan and he told us that he could begin the job on 7/23. Again, on 7/23 he showed up just as planned. He finished the shed in the time period that he had promised. It came out very nice - better even than I had expected. Adam seems to have an excellent work ethic. He is a super hard worker. He even came one day at 5 a.m. (as planned) and worked out in the hot Phoenix sun until around 6 p.m. in order to finish the work on time as promised. My husband and I plan on hiring him again once we have the funds to complete another project. Also, I have recommended him to my son who wants to put an addition on his home. We are very happy that we chose LGL Construction for this project.

Work was done as promised and in a timely manner. Adam did much of the work himself, subcontracting only the installation of the cultured marble. Adam is very pleasant to work with and is very accommodating.

I am an out-of-state owner which complicated me getting things done...until I found Adam. He came when he said he would. He did what he said he would. He charged what he said he would. The work was done perfectly. Adam was a godsend and I recommend him highly.

When I got the house back from the renters it was a total mess. I went room to room with LGL Construction and made a list of what needed to be fixed. He arranged for a company to meet with me at the house and help me pick out new carpet. Adam helped me pick out paint and new facets for the bathrooms. I live out of town and he got the whole house finished prior to us moving here to the valley. I had a list of 17 items that needed to be repaired and he did them all.

He came when he said he would, he was very professional, and he did quality work! His proposal matched the final product! Again, I highly recommend LGL Construction.

They did awesome. Adam was very friendly. He called me back right away, and did the estimate within a day. They did the work within a week and kept me up to date on everything. He was very thorough while explaining everything. He made sure that I was completely satisfied, and overall it was a great experience.

Adam provided nothing concrete, no pun intended, for me to use to make any decisions. I couldn't even be confident that he would show up for our initial meeting. Then, I received his E-MAIL which didn't include any of the needed information he said he would provide.

He did an outstanding job at a very fare price. I will use him again for sure!

Specifically, he didn't return phone calls from November 2010. Finally, we called him again in January and he agreed to come by. He did not show up for appointments week after week. When he finally did make it, over a month later, he spent over an hour looking at the roof damage and indoor damage from the October storm. He was very pleasant and was willing to work with us. However, that was the last we saw or heard from him.. He told us that he would get together with his roofer and get back to us within the week. It has been Ialmost a month and he has not returned our phone calls. We gave him more time than we would normally allow because of the number of people needing repairs from the storms. But, we have aready received 2 other quotes from companies I contacted last month. He seems to be irresponsible.

He was very essy to visit with, had good ideas, was very helpful on keeping spending down but yet keeping a good finished project. A very trusting person. Would use him again with no problem.

The job went very well. Adam showed up on time early Saturday morning and stayed on the job until the work was finished. He and his concrete guy spent almost 8 hours chipping off the epoxy coating and sanding down the concrete surface to get it ready for the stain. Adam also spent hours working on the fascia to make sure it looked right. He is a perfectionist so he didn't cut corners or hurry things up just to get the job done quickly. The net result is that the concrete stain and rock fascia loos great. I am very happy with the whole experience and would recommend Adam for similar work.

Had a meeting and showed him what we wanted. He gave us a quote. He was very prompt and got the job done quickly.

We ran into a scheduling conflict with the original appointment, but he went out of his way to reschedule with a time that would work for me. He was very honest and upfront about the necessary work and gave me a lot of advice that I was able to put to good use. I ended up doing the project myself, with his recommendation. I will absolutely contact LGL again if I need general contract work.

Our kitchen was outdated and we needed more storage space. We took space from the laundry room and garage to create a large pantry. We updated the kitchen with new floors, cabinets, appliances, tile, countertops, lighting and paint. Adam and his crew were very professional the entire time. I would definitely recommend him. He seems capable of any size project, and he stands by his work.
