I ran into the garage and garage door with my vehicle. We obtained several prices and found his to be the most reasonable and the reviews made it worth going with him. It was done in a matter of days. We are extremely happy with his work. We are currently getting another bid from him to do some work on a roof patio matter.

Adam contacted me the same day that I e-mailed him. I sent him pictures of the things that needed to be repaired & he sent me an estimate. He did everything that he said he would do. Adam arrived on time & was very professional. He cleaned up when the work was completed & everything was done in 2 days.

Adam was very professional and timely in his responses. He was able to acquire the specific shower we were looking for and the installation looks great. It was a very good experience all around.

Adam's price was fair, he showed up when he said he would, took pride in his work. and even came back to fix a dent in the wall with no questions asked.

I searched around for quotes for a Mudroom. I met with a few contractors, wood makers, closet designers and none of them seem confident enough to do the job. Adam, with LGL, fit in nicely with my budget and time frame. He responded to my initial contact request and all other communication throughout the whole process in a timely manner. I chose to go with Adam because he seem to understand what I was looking for and had experience with mudrooms. He started and completed the job in one day he was always careful to keep the work area safe. I have a big family and that was no problem for him. Adam was sure to clean up when he was done. He was professional and courteous and I would hire him again.

Crawl space entrance had eroded away on the sides, and in front. Was eroding more with each rain storm. LGL Construction dug out the space, shored up sides and front with more dirt where needed, built up and reinforced sides with cement block and then put cover with breather over the top and painted to match house. I took pictures of my neighbor's reinforced crawl space and gave it to the workers and they duplicated what I gave them. The job took a little over 2 days. They were punctual, professional, reasonable and extremely polite. I cannot say enough good things about them. I would recommend them to anyone.

Adam provided outstanding service throughout the whole process. He showed up promptly to discuss what we wanted done, quickly provided an estimate, and started and finished on schedule. Throughout the whole construction process he made sure we were happy with everything that was being done, asking our input on details. Our satisfaction with his work was his primary concern. He did a great job dealing with the subcontractors to make sure everything got done on time. The quality of work was excellent. I would definitely recommend him to anyone doing remodeling.

The work has always been perfect. The price is reasonable. I have no complaints. He calls me back when I call. He comes out on time and he gives a quote when needed. I have called other companies in the past and they have not gotten back with me or showed up. I would not use anyone else besides LGL Construction.

Everthing went great. It was a rental house that was having some mold problems and a broken dishwasher. I live out of state and was coming to A.Z for the Labor day weekend and needed to get somebody real fast. I called LGL construction on the Monday before labor day weekend. He called me back right away and arranged for someone to meet me on that Friday before Labor day. Came out and fixed the mold problem and replaced the dishwasher replaced some drywall and was done in less than 5 hours. Everthing went as planned could not of asked for a better contractor. The price was very fair and will use them again if needed.llc

Initially responded promptly and showed up as agreed to look at job. Said he had all he needed to provide bid and said he would be in touch but I never heard back from him. If he did not have time or did not want the job he should have communicated this professionally.

Almost every room in my house had something that needed repaired. They made a list of all items and methodically worked through the items over three and 1/2 days.

Adam and Jonathan did a fantastic job on a remodel of a home that was built in the early-mid 1900's in Central Phoenix. They were helpful in suggesting design ideas, strategies to keep costs low, and overall project scope. They brought in the right people when they needed help from other trades, and they managed everything without me being present. I checked in on the project 3 times over the course of roughly 4-6 weeks. Everything ended up being great, and when I walked through the house at the end, it was spotless and ready for me to rent. They know this business, they're punctual, responsible and genuinely care about their customers. I'll use them many times again, and am glad to have found them.

I contacted Adam through his Angies listing and he responded quickly. We meet at the house that I had recently purchased in Buckeye on a piece of land where I plan to build a garage. The housed needed siding repair, caulk and paint, plumbing repair, roofing repair and new skirting for the lower part of the house. Adam provided a written estimate with line items that matched the scope of work and we agreed to and provided price detail and a schedule for the work. Adam and his crews were on site early on the start day and worked the list with purpose. The sub-contractors were directly supervised by Adam who was on site during the entire project. This is important when hiring a GC and Adam paid attention to the details and the work performed during the 4 days that the project took. Adam replaced a number of T1-11 panels, trim, repaired the roof, repaired the plumbing, painted and installed new skirting on time and on budget with quality that matched my expectations. Adam communicated well, called when he had decisions to make and controlled the project start to finish in a professional manor.

My needs ended up changing and this Big Deal didn't work out for me. This was at no fault of the service provider. He was professional, friendly, and willing to work with us.

Experience was A. Arrived on time and stayed late when required. Conscientious and professional. You will not be disappointed.

He does good work and he cleans up after himself. He has done work at both of my houses. He has done drywall work and it was awesome, at my rental house. At the new house, he has hung ceiling fans and has done odds and ends work. He is just good at what he does. He is punctual and gets the job done. He is the only person we really want to use, for that type of work around our house. His prices are reasonable. I tell people to use him. He is trustworthy, honest and he does great work. It is good craftsmanship. I will not use anyone else but him. That is why I am willing to wait until he gets back in town.

He went out of his way to make sure he found reasonable ways to fix the projects. He suggested lots of inexpensive remedies.

I contacted him and waited a week before I heard from him again, and that's when he told me that he was too swamped and would not be able to honor the Deal. He recommended that I get a refund from Angie's List. I will use someone else. I got the impression that he was picking and choosing the jobs he wanted to do and I wasn't a job he was interested in.

Very curtious and attentive to my request. Delived on his promise in the agreed time frame. I would reccomend LGL Construction to anybody wanting a porch or deck added to their home as I did.

Adam was very professional and very friendly. He arrived exactly at the time he said he would. He also stayed 2.5 hours longer to finish the work and did not charge more for the additional time. He did quality work and I would definitely use his services again!

I found the experience very positive but if I was dealing with them again I would make sure that I had a few things written down better. However, this company did a good job and I am very happy with what happened. They were here on time and when they were here they were working; not screwing around. They also cleaned up fairly well after taking apart and putting things back together. Their price was good compared to what I got from other people.

They seemed to know what they were doing. There was not anything that they did. It just did not feel right. Their cost was higher than other people.

I purchased Adam's "Contractor for a Day" deal to install my already purchased Costco laminate flooring in a guest bedroom. The previous flooring had already been removed so Adam was hired to removed existing baseboards, install laminate and re-install the baseboards. He was always prompt in returning phone calls/texts/emails and even in his arrival time the day of the install. Adam worked quickly and efficiently. I was not impressed with some of his personal comments which is the reason for a "B" grade on professionalism.

Adam always arrived when he said he would. He kept the work area sealed off, resulting in the least amount of dust entering the rest of my home. He is very knowledgeable about a wide variety of remodeling tasks. In fact, he solved problems created by the electrician I had hired for other work. The work area and adjacent spaces were totally cleaned at the end of each day. Adam started our remodeling work by removing the stone, hearth, fireplace, and cabinetry along a 12-foot wall in my living room. He taped off and made a plastic "room" around the wall, so we dealt with very little dust in the rest of the room or adjoining rooms. It took two days to remove all of the layers to the studs; the stone wall was thick and dense. Adam then moved outlets on that wall, installed wiring for speakers throughout the room, moved a light fixture, rebuilt structure for the wall, sheetrocked, and textured the new sheetroock to match the rest of the room. We had a bonus room that we wanted to be a bedroom, so Adam began by adding a short wall to begin to close off the room. He installed a door frame and door to finish off the room. We had a soft landing on our stairway; we were getting new carpet and did not want to put it over the same flooring. When Adam removed the old carpet and floor, he found the original builder had put only one 2" x 6" board to hold up the entire landing. He reinforced the entire area and installed new, sturdier flooring over it. He also removed 4 stair treads where we had squeaking; the squeaks were not from the treads, but a problem with how the stairs connected to the wall. Adam reinforced the structure of the stairs so there were no squeaks and refastened the treads. There were other random jobs like moving a dining room light box, fixing the sheetrock because of the move, and painting; removing a mirror that had been glued to the wall and repairing and painting that wall; removing old toggle bolts and repairing and painting the wall; and replacing a damaged door. We were very pleased with Adam's work, but there are two things of which a homeowner needs to be aware. First, Adam is an early bird and prefers to start at 6:00 A.M.; this would be perfect for working families who want to admit their contractor before they go to work. Second, Adam does what you tell him to do, but at first he is shy and reluctant to offer other ideas. As he becomes more comfortable, he will do so, but you do need to know exactly what you want and how you want it done to begin the project. The reason I gave him a B for professionalism is that he did get upset that I didn't like how he had fixed something; however, he did fix it extremely well after that.
