Charlie came out and took a look at my project to paint the trim and block wall on my house as well as some metal railings. Had a fair amount of extra work that had to be done in terms of replacing trim due to dry-rot. He was very easy to work with, flexible, punctual, polite and most of all..Charlie and his crew really showed their skill in painting the home by producing a great result and keeping the work area clean. Fast, quality work for exterior painting.

Charlie and his crew were very helpful and patient with our requests. The hardest part of painting is prep work - and they were very well detailed on the prep. Their job was completed within 3 days and they cleaned up very well. In my opinion they scored a 99%. 100% would have been if their workers would have picked up their trash and cigarette butts around our property. I think that workers should be respectful of your home and know that you don't smoke cigarettes on someone's property. That's the only negative I can think of. I would definitely hire them again, because their quality of work is great.

They helped me select colors that would work together. If I had something they needed to know, they were receptive to my asking to have it done. Everything was to my satisfaction before they considered it done. Neighbors have said they like the appearance of our home. I would recommend they to anyone that asks. AND it only took 2 days! I was very pleasantly surprised to see how quickly they worked. Good job.

I hired Charlie Johnston Company to paint the entire exterior of my home as well as its surrounding block fence. Charlie met with me the day after I requested a quote to go over the work required. I described what I needed and Charlie gave me suggestions on what to do with our fence. I then received a quote on the spot. Charlie and his team showed up on time on the scheduled date. Charlie verified that everything was in order and his crew took over after that. They cleaned the area to be painted as well as covering windows and areas that should not be. The work took about two days and I was asked to review the work completed to verify I was satisfied with it. Overall the work was excellent and the price was good.

Charlie gave us his bid and his crew came and did the prep work on the designated day. All the wood replacement and painting was completed in 2 days and we could not be happier with the results. It looks like a new house.! We cannot say enough about Charlie's foreman David; if we had a question he was right there with the answer. We would definitely refer Charlie to our friends!

Great job! Very timely. Charlie got in touch with me within 24 hours and scheduled the job and started in two days. Power washed exterior, repaired stucco, repaired facia boards, and painted exterior of the townhouse and the trim. Everything was completed in 2 1/2 days. Would certainly use them again!

The painters were amazing and very professional. They cleaned up and did a beautiful job. Tiny problem was paint on doors only has a tendency to peel if it gets bumped.

We are very pleased with Charlie and his team and will use them again for other projects.
