Description of Work: They provided a three month spray service to help with roaches, black widows and such. They were very punctual and friendly. The spray wasn't as effective or long lasting as we would have liked, but perhaps it was just a tough year with bugs.

Description of Work: We found a sign of subterranean termites in the garage/ mud tubes. Called and scheduled a consultation and inquired about their 10 year protection guarantee program. Irish (the owner) and the guys came out in the afternoon. They inspected and treated our house for termites and then the whole property of regular pests. We also signed up for their quarterly pest program, which extended our 10 year termite guarantee to a lifetime guarantee. Pretty Simple- if we see any signs of more activity, they come out and retreat the whole property again. I used to see an American cockroach here and there and we had a big ant problem, both household and fire ants out on the grass. Haven't seen any since. | |They spent time talking to us about how we can seal some areas of the house to prevent entry of pests and regular/organic treatments. | |Not to mention the guys stayed until almost 8pm at night and then had to drive from Chandler to Suprise. | |They did a great job and highly recommend them. They were very honest and explained everything very well to us.

Description of Work: They said they didn't know what they were doing, that Angie's List asked them to do it and we had to buy the materials. Thanks to Angie's List we got our money back but they were not professional and it wasn't even a good deal.

Description of Work: The service they offered was a 1-Time Pest Control Service with Free Weed and Termite Inspections. Before they came to the house, they called to see if we were experiencing any pest control issues. As it turned out, we had an infestation of black ants in our kitchen. We also had problems with a few roaches. The offered us a couple of different options for pest control. We decided on the organic since we have pets and do not want to endanger them with potentially harmful chemical. They did such a great job that we decided to hire them to help is with our termite infestation and quarterly weed control and continuing pest control. Irish and his team are very professional, and they do a great job!

Description of Work: Excellent! I purchased their deal. They were timely and allowed me to make a last minute change to my appointment time without a fee. Not only did they do a great job with removing all of the spiders around my house, they also provided me with additional traps for my garage at no cost! I would recommend them and I will be using them again!

Description of Work: The people and the service were great but I resent the fact that I paid the original $45, then when they got here they said it would be additional $75 for the kind of bugs I had. If it's more for one bug than another it should so state in the original signup.

Description of Work: The treatment was suppose to make the weeds disappear completely for 3+ months. I called Irish after 5 weeks to come re-treat because weeds were growing back significantly in a number of places in the backyard. He was prompt to come back and re-treat the yard so that was good. But weeds still came back within a month after the 2nd treatment. I paid him $129 dollars for weed treatment only (this did not include removal of dead weeds or yard cleanup at all). To be very truthful and honest, right now I have a gardener who comes to my house for $105, completely removes debris, weeds, rakes the rock , etc.. so my yard looks excellent AND he sprays for the weeds -- and the weeds stay gone for about the same length of time as when Irish sprayed my house. So for less money, I'm getting weed treatment plus full yard service care from my current gardener. I'm glad other people's experiences have been great with Irish; unfortunately, I just didn't have the same experience.
