FINALLY! For years, we have struggled with finding a yard maintenance company that actually did a good job at a decent price. They arrived on time, did everything they contracted to do and more. They were extremely courteous and knowledgeable. We will use them and only them for all future yard maintenance. We even received a Christmas card from them. This is a company built with integrity and good old-fashion values. THANK YOU.

Everything went fantastic and we're very happy with the results. JT and the crew were very professional and courteous. Their work was great. They were very efficient and completed the work beyond expectations. Crew showed up and got to work right away. They cut down and huge, overgrown cactus in the front yard and cut away parts of overgrown prickly pears. All bushes/plants were lightly trimmed (with a heavier trim coming this spring), yard debris cleaned up, weeds sprayed, rocks blown. Looks great and we'll definitely be using them again this coming spring.

I had gotten previous estimate from another service on Angie's List, Masterscapes but they were slow in getting back after a week of waiting I called CWC and they were prompt in response, had quote in less than a day, were easy to get hold of, answered all my questions, pricing was about right for service. Professional, knowledgable, prompt - they delivered, no fuss - that's all I can ask for!

CWC provides a monthly landscape service for my yard. They send a notice the week before ensuring I will be at the residence and perform and outstanding service. They are on time and very professional. I would recommend this company to everyone.

The crew was outstanding. They were fast - worked very diligently - and JT was outstanding at making sure that we were well informed with everything that the crew was doing as well as gave us some very helpful information about the plants that were being worked on. We are new to this area and were not aware of some of the AZ challenges with landscaping.

The crew (5) arrived on time on the date expected. Conducted themselves in a most professional manner, worked diligently and thoroughly without wasting any time. The offered excellent suggestions and installed the plants we provided where we wanted them. They not only repaired the existing watering system, they ran required new lines to accommodate the new plants. I would not hesitate to use this company again and have arranged for their services on a regular basis.

I called and left my name number, the date and time on 8/30/2013 and again on 9/3/20. I have heard nothing from them. They do not return phone calls.

A+++ I have been through a few landscapers but these guys are KEEPERS!!! I have never been this satisfied with the quality of work I received today. They arrived at the time I was given and went straight to work. I was having irrigation issues and they fixed my timer for me, raked and blew my yard clean. Cut and shaped my trees and bushes and actually pulled the weeds I had growing. I will definitely use them again and again.

They showed up on time did an excellent job. As far as the quality of their work - I would hire them again however, I had a mis-communication and though it would be $65 per month for be-weekly maintenance and when I received the bill it was $65 for each visit. My budget could handle $65 p/m but not $130 so I had to cancel after just 1 appointment. I do have to say that we have a very large Queen Palm that we thought would have to be removed because it just wasn't doing well. They knew exactly what was wrong by my description, treated the tree when they were here and it is now doing great! They saved my tree! Thank you CWC Landscaping!

They fixed the job which other landscaping didn’t do well. They did excellent job trimming all sort of trees.

I called the company and left a message about needing yard work done. I left my name and phone number and repeated the number a second time. No one, to this day, has called back. Not only do I find that rude, I also think it is very unprofessional.

CWC Landscaping is a professional on time crew of hard working people. Not only are the workers prompt and courteous, the office staff is polite and responsive to whatever it is that our home needs. We rely on CWC as we cannot take care of our property ourselves. I would recommend this service to anyone who wants an excellent company where customer service is always #1.

We have been loyal customers of CWC for four years. They handled all of our maintenance, weed removal and overseeding up until we put in a pool. We also chose them to put new sod and new sprinkler system in around the pool after it was complete. We have never had a problem with CWC and the service and pricing has always been top notch.

I found this company to be very responsive to my initial call, they had a good understanding of what was needed and they were able to schedule a time to do a quote quickly. They contacted me with the quote and we then set up a time/date for them to do the work. The team arrived promptly, got cracking immediately and the lead was very polite when he came to let me know they were done and explained about the 2 week follow up to ensure the weed treatment was working. I have hired this company to do my monthly yard work and their rates are excellent. I'm very happy.

The first day was centered on the front yard and everything was done as was previously discussed in our proposal. I was impressed that I was able to fully communicate with everyone on site and they were more than courteous when I had to exit the yard in my vehicle to pickup my Granddaughter after school. Which meant that they had to stop what they were doing and move all their vehicles to allow the dust to settle and make easier access for me. The second day was concentrated on the back yard and I wasn't able to be there at the start of their work day. They "rounded" up my dogs and put them into the house thru the doggie door and blocked it off from the outside so that they wouldn't be in harm's way during their work. They even tried to save a baby bird from the tree that they were trimming! The yard looks amazing and it's everything that they said it would be. It's nice to work with honest people that do what they say they will do and stand by the price that they quote. They have been retained for regular monthly maintenance and I'm sure we'll have a mutually beneficial working relationship together in the future.

The owner, Mark, was here with the crew; he did a walk through and stayed to supervise the work. They had to fix a palo verde tree that the previous landscaper had butchered and remove a lot of overgrown sage bushes and a couple of freeze damaged shrubs. In addition, they trimmed the citrus trees and the oleanders. The crew worked nonstop to get the job done and my yard looks great! I definitely would recommend them and have already had them come back to do some irrigation repairs. You won't be sorry that you hired them; they are awesome!

They were right on time. The crew ensured they knew exactly what we expected done. They then proceeded to complete the job efficiently and professionally checking with us when they were done before they left. Excellent work at a reasonable price.

I have been a customer of CWC Landscape for several years and it has been a hassle most of those years. I used a Mexican crew prior to hiring CWC that I was very happy with, unfortunately the Mexican crew went out of business and I had to find another company. First, I want to say that the problems lie with the owners of the company, not the crew that comes to do the work. The guys that do the work have been great and the crew leader JT is a very nice guy and does great work. I?m going to miss JT and the crew but will be happy to be rid of the owners. The problems started with my first service with them and I was billed an additional $125 charge for ?weed preventative service?. I was there when they did the monthly service and they never applied any weed preventer to my yard. I called and complained and they acknowledged they had not performed this service and removed the charge. Then, there was a bunch of damage done by the workers when I first hired them. I complained to the owners and they offered to replace the 12 plants they killed which I declined and replaced myself as I didn't want the relationship to start off poorly. They did not offer to replace the four landscape lights they broke or fix the damage they did to the $5000 concrete coating on my patio that they caused with their lawn mower or the copper drain pipe for my A/C that they cut. They also cut all the leaves off of my plants and would just leave the branches so I?d have a yard full of sticks with no leaves or flowers. They later got carried away with the weed spray and killed two hibiscus plants and damaged a lemon tree that almost didn't make it and lost hundreds of lemons. At a later service call they sprayed a weed preventer that I paid an extra $125 for all over my pool deck and my wife had to spend three hours scrubbing on her hands and knees to get the stains out around the entire pool deck and flagstone. The owner Mark came over and looked at the damage and acknowledged the problems and spoke to his crew about the issues. The crew leader JT came the following month and apologized for the damage and told me he would personally cut my yard from that point on to make sure there was no damage and it was cut properly. I never had another problem with the crew and JT always did a great job after that. I had a tree in the front yard that would blow over during the monsoon storms and requested to have it restaked with more/larger stakes to keep it from blowing over. The owner Mark ignored this and instead told me I needed to pay to have the tree trimmed for $75 even though I had just had it trimmed by another company. He said this would stop it from being blown over. They came over the trimmed off one little lower branch and charged me $75. The next wind that came through the tree was blown over again breaking the two small stakes and killing the tree. The tree needed to be restaked, it didn't need to be trimmed again, however, CWC wanted to charge me a trimming fee which is a higher profit service then staking a tree. They agreed to replace my dead larger five year old tree with a small 24? box tree for $300 which they eventually did. However the owner keeps saying that they replaced the tree at a huge discount and ?staked it for free? with two small stakes even though I was quoted $300 for replacing the tree with four large stakes to make sure the new tree didn't get blown over. I offered to purchase the tree myself at Moon Valley, for the same price, and they could plant it but CWC was very adamant that I purchase it from them which I did. Now the owner won?t quit telling me that they did all this as a favor to me and acts like I didn't pay them to have all this done. The tree would never had to have been replaced had CWC restaked it as I requested, which I would have been happy to pay for, instead of charging me to trim off one little lower branch that made no difference whatsoever and then having to pay to replace the tree when it blew over again. The next issue was I paid them $150 to winter seed my lawn and Mark the owner sold me on it saying ?it will look like a putting green when I?m done?. After Mark did it and it was watered in accordance with his directions it came up all patchy and looked terrible. I asked them why it was looking so poorly and was told it was normal and probably due to birds but they were not in the least bit concerned about fixing it. I had to get upset and complain and reminded them that Mark assured me the seed would be covered in Manure to keep the birds away and it would ?look like a putting green? which it clearly didn't and it looked better years prior when I did it myself. They only used one bag of manure on my entire lawn which didn't cover any of the seed and we had flocks of birds out there eating all the seed they originally put down. They brought two bags of manure into my backyard but only used one and took the second one with them when they left. When I did this myself in the past I would use four bags of manure. They finally agreed to come over and reseed the lawn which solved the problem but again the owner always reminds me that they did this for me as a favor at no charge. The last straw was that I had a broken sprinkler pipe in my lawn that was caused by a tree root. Mark the owner came over and dug a hole in my lawn and tried to cut the root but didn't have the correct saw so I let him use my power saw to cut the tree root and even assisted him while he worked. He repaired the pipe and put the leftover dirt back in the hole but so much of the dirt was washed away from all the water he ran to find the leak that there wasn't enough dirt to fill the hole he dug and there was still a hole in my lawn when he was done. Mark informed me that the repair was normally $65 but he was going to charge me $100 since the root was so large (he never took into account he used my tools and I helped him). He gave me specific directions on letting the hole dry out and rewetting it to get the hole to settle and then he would bring back some machine and would level the area out. He said the blades on this machine were dull and he needed to get them sharpened first. I waited a couple months and never heard anything about him coming back to fill in the hole in my lawn so I mentioned it to his wife and she said ?no problem we?ll fix that during your next monthly service?. They didn't fix it at my next monthly service and she said that she would send someone over the following week to take care of it. She did finally send someone over and they came with some nasty dirt that was full of huge rocks and a bag of grass seed. They used maybe 2 gallons of dirt with rocks and a couple handfuls of seed. I bet there was less than $3 in materials used to fill this hole. I then get a bill for $35 for ?premium fill dirt and seed?. I informed the owner that I already paid them $100 for this repair and she said that the $100 I paid them didn't include filling in the hole they had dug to repair the pipe. The owners say that the $100 was just for the repair and if I wanted the hole they dug filled in I had to pay the additional fee. After raising h*** that they did not use ?premium fill dirt? and had just got some dirt from a nearby vacant lot she came clean that they didn't use premium fill dirt and removed the charge but continues to say that I am unreasonable in my expectations that the $100 was for the job start to finish. Why they think anyone would accept a hole being dug in their lawn for a repair and being left and not filled in is beyond me. I would have happily accepted the rocky dirt they used and the couple handfuls of seed as a repair, it was being charged again for a job I had already paid for that took me to the breaking point. I would have done this myself for $3 had I known filling the hole they dug was now a separate job I was going to be charged for again. I did end up paying the additional $35 before she came clean that they didn't use ?premium fill dirt? but the owner says she took the charge off my account so I don?t know if I?ll get it back or not. The owner keeps saying the mistakes they have made in the past, that they had to correct, were done as an extra service to me ?at no cost?. For some reason they will not accept that the work they have to do over to correct their mistakes is a cost on them and I should not have to bear the cost of their mistakes. The owners are very argumentative and never take responsibility for problems they create but when they finally give in they then tell you that they are doing you a favor by not charging you to fix their mistakes. Dedra the owner continues to list all the times they have had to correct their mistakes and tell me they are doing this as an ?extra service? for me. Fixing your mistakes isn't an extra service for me, it is what I originally paid for. She will never mention all the damage they have done that I have had to eat the cost to repair. For some reason she thinks only their time is valuable and my time has no value. I am sorry I put up with so much frustration for so long with CWC. I will be finding a new landscape maintenance company that is more concerned with doing things right then just talking about how the are going to do it right then doing something completely different. The owners keep making comments that I?m unhappy with the work their crew does but I keep telling them all my problems have been with them as owners. I just can?t believe that a company would allow $3 in material and less than 5 minutes in time to fill a hole they dug be the reason to loose a long time customer that pays on time and pays for the extra services they peddle above my normal monthly fee.

They did an absolutely outstanding job, the team was very neat and thorough and the 4 bushes looked very nice when finished. Dedra was very professional and responsive throughout the process and the price was extremely reasonable. Would not hesitate to call CWC again!

I called this company after finding them on this site. The representive and I discussed the services I required; Weeds pulled out, weedkiller sprayed, frontyard bushes and trees trimmed, and backyard debris cleaned up in preperation for sod installation. The charge for all of this was to be $150, as per the conversation with the companies representative. They did not do any of these things. They did not PULL the weeds they hacked them then sprayed. Thats it. No trimming except, possibly, one bush. No debris taken care of. The absolute worst part of the experience was when I checked my online banking and noticed that they charged me $300!!!

If I have a bush I want to plant I just sneak out into my yard and just kind of put it where I want them to put it; no problems, they just put it right in there. They always have smiles on their faces and they're very pleasant people. If there's a problem they take pictures and email them to me. I was really pleased to be able to fine them and they're very trustworthy, honest people. They're reasonably priced for what they do. They do a very good job, are very professional and they show up on time.

I saw them on Angie's list and decided to give them a try because of Their good reviews. Had a few different ones that did not come when they said. They did not rake the rocks. Left cuttings from the plants all over.

Very responsive Had to come back 3 times for additional work.
