It all looked beautiful! Great job on trimming the queen palms to look smooth, the mini palms also looked great, and they trimmed up the rest of the bushes in our yard as a free yard cleanup. Their price for all of the above was VERY reasonable compared to the other tree removal and trimming jobs we have paid over the last three decades of owning various other homes in Calif and here. They also did a massive trimming back of two huge palo verde trees in the backyard of our smaller house last year for a very reasonable price and great work. This is the only company I will use for tree trimming!

This was the first service in 2 months and the yard was in dire need of care. All of the trees were thinned out and all shrubs were trimmed for a natural look. The palms were also groomed. The 4 man crew worked diligently for over 3 hours and did a great job.

CWC Landscaping called me within a few hours of my leaving a message as was needing a new yard maintenance company within a couple weeks. I had used Desert Sage and also Pure Landscape in the past and they were terrible! I had called 5 companies and CWC was the only company that returned my call. Kim at the office took her time in going over my needs and my concerns and was very helpful and punctual in getting back to me. They were able to come out to my property within a few days and gave me an estimate right away! I have hired them for an initial clean up and bi-weekly service to start immediately!

Great--they did the best job of all the vendors I have tried and will use them again.

started off as a small repair but ended up we needed to replace the entire line. BUT, they tried everything prior to telling us that the entire line needed to be replaced. They came out several times on multiple days. Very responsive and quick work.

This is was the best deal I have ever purchased! I was very impressed with every aspect of their service. I got more for my money than I was expecting. I was expecting one visit and they have gone above and beyond to make it a full service experience and it did not require any effort on my part. They made it super easy and convenient. I didn't even have to be home. They first came to adjust the sprinkler. Then they came for the initial service where they mowed, thatched, seeded and also covered the seed with top soil/manure. They did all of this within just one hour! They came back two weeks later and completed a second seeding for bare/thin spots and adjusted the sprinkler timing. They are coming back a third time to spray the perimeter for any over spray from the winter seeding. I couldn't be more satisfied. Kimberly, the office manager and Dedra were very responsive and helpful with any questions I had. I plan to use them again this spring! I would highly recommend. In addition to all of that, the lawn looks great! It came in nice and thick.

Excellent job. We were flexible with our scheduling since CWC is in our area on limited days of the week, but they really did a great job when they arrived. 3 man crew that worked from the time they arrived until the time they left. Left the place immaculate. Also agreed to come back to do a little "cosmetic" trim on a palm tree. Very responsive; estimates given in writing; very punctual. After some of the "less than acceptable" experiences I've had with contractors since arriving town, CWC was a breath of fresh air. Great job.

The company representative was prompt in responding to our just getting an estimate. He came out exactly when he said he was going to be at our house. The cost was extremely reasonable compared to others, so we hired them. The office scheduled the time and notified us as to the date and time window of when to expect them. The crew showed up on time and did an excellent job of pruning and did a great clean up. I didn't think enough was taken off the trees, so I emailed them a couple of weeks later on a Saturday asking if they would come back and cut the trees like the pictures I'd attached to the email. Their office manager responded back to me on a Sunday giving us the date the crew would be back. They also called the day before to give the time window again. The crew showed up as promised and did a good job on the trees. They're an excellent company. I'll use them in the future and would highly recommend them.

They were so good and fast, I didn't even know they had come and did the work until I received an email! They were awesome.

Just great. Very professional company. I highly recommend them. After this service I purchased a complete winter seeding package and a six month weed control package for my front lawn.

It did not go well. I would like to say first of all my sprinkler system works just fine - the timer turns everything on and off. I wanted to make sure all the sprinklers were doing their job and I was not wasting water. At the conclusion of his checking out the valve boxes (that did not take more than 15 minutes) I asked if he was going to turn on the sprinklers and check the sprinklers for coverage, etc. he replied that he wasn't going to because he only uses the valves to turn the system on and he never uses the the timer box - he was concerned that the valve would not turn off once he turned it on. He would not turn them on with the timer box. I tried to manually turn on the sprinklers myself (so he could check the sprinklers) while he stood next to me (I'm not familiar with with this process but I thought I would at least try) - I was not successful. He said he never touches customer's timers. Provider then said he did not think I had any leaks and did I have any questions for him. At this point I knew that what I thought was going to happen was clearly not happening. In my opion this was a clear waste of $50. I will say the gentleman was friendly.

I have a three valve drip system (one for the front yard and two for the back yard). Occasionally the number two valve would stay open after the timer switched to the number three valve so after a couple of attempts to repair the valve were unsuccessful I decided the valve needed to be replaced. CWC Landscaping was very responsive which helped resolve a couple of questions they had regarding my system. The job was completed quickly and the number two valve operating trouble free.

Later, on the day of the service, I received official estimate from Kimberly Kohner, the office manager. To my surprise, the estimate was $400 instead of the original $250. When I asked why the price change, I was told that Mark quoted me for 4 station time clock, not 7station time clock that I needed, which apparently cost $150 more. I asked to break down the estimate showing how much the part and labor cost separately, which I have not received. So I checked the prices online and it was $156 for the 7 station and $120 for the 4 station clock the same brand name the company quoted me for. After few emails back and forth, the manager was finally able to provide the installation cost, $175 which I though was a bit too high for a 20 minute work. I feel the service was really lacking and the company was not upfront or consistent with their estimates.

Met with Mark for an estimate, showed him backyard and told him what we needed done. He measured the area and gave us good advice on what we should actually purchase and sent us an estimate by 4:00 pm the same day. They purchased the rock for us and it was delivered at 7:00 am on scheduled date of work, Mark and 3 of his workers (and all equipment needed) arrived at 10:30 am....they were done by 12:30 pm. This is heavy work shoveling rock in a wheelbarrow, hauling it in the backyard around a pool then leveling it. They were quick efficient and the backyard looks great. Mark then cleaned the road where the rock had been dumped and you couldn't tell it had been there. Mark has a great personality and his team was very professional, polite and respectful.

Use them for my bimonthly maintenance. They are quick and do a great job!

I was very happy with the work that CWC performed. The owner came out and met with me. We walked around the yard and discussed what needed to be done (and there was a lot to be done). His wife is the one who answers e-mails, and she was very responsive and professional. He quoted me $925, and it was more than worth it to me to not have to do the work myself. They got rid of weeds, trimmed trees, put down the chemical that prevents weeds from returning, and replaced the sprinkler system. The crew was professional and, to me, seemed to work quickly. The amount I was charged was exactly what was quoted. They came out 2 weeks later to check and make sure there were no weeds cropping up. The yard looks great! I am now having them perform monthly maintenance at $75/month. The crew did have to reschedule the monthly maintenance one time, but they communicated with me via e-mail and phone the day before.

I can't rate anything besides pricing since I did not end up having the company do the work but the estimate they gave me was outrageous and way out of line so I went with a different company.

They were very professional when they showed up. They made sure they knew exactly what we wanted done before starting. They were done very quickly but still did a good job.

I'm writing this to give my comments about the estimate I received, not work done and I am in no way saying that this company isn't reliable and honest. All my contact was done solely thru emails.. I ask for an estimate to mow and edge my back yard. That's all I wanted done, just a simple mow and edge. I was told I would get a drive by estimate, which I didn't understand, because you can't see my back yard from the front of my house. .Well the estimate came a few days later. There were all kinds of things tacked on.....things I did not even have in my yard, such as granite raking...I have no granite or rocks that need to be raked.. There was an estimate for trimming bushes, scrubs, and trees....I have no bushes and scrubs....I have no trees in the back yard. Spot spraying and debris blowing? I didn't need that done either. I only ask for an estimate to mow and edge, nothing else..When I questioned the estimate, I was told it was listed as a general cleanup for a one time visit. A one time visit?? I didn't want someone for just one time. I wanted to hire someone to come over every 2-3 weeks, and I thought as THE customer, I would tell the person I hire, what I wanted done, and not the other way around. The estimate was over $500! I was just blown away, and then it became so funny that all I could do was laugh. Oh well, live and learn, haha. Fortunately, since then, my problem has been solved and taken care of..

My yard looks outstanding! The guys did a wonderful job of cleaning up the jungle that had overtaken my yard. And talk about FAST! I thought they would be there for several hours but they were done in an hour and half. Amazing! Nice guys too! Walked me thru what was done and put some forethought into why things were done the way they were (e.g. didn't cut down one of the shrubs as much so that it could help protect some of my yard from the sun...I really appreciate that!). Great company and I will be calling them in the future. Thanks CWC!

We ask to have our irrigation system analyzed and set up properly for the plants in our yard. We paid $50 for the assessment and then an additional $55.00 for repairs. The price was reasonable for the service provided. We received estimates on further yard work. They had to come out a second time because there were further problems that were not corrected the first time they came out.. the crew was polite and worked very quickly. We have just discovered that one of our plants died because it was not getting any water. We found that some drip lines to some plants were old lines connected to hose that was not functional. We have also just discovered today that all of the drip is operating from one station, when it was supposed to be set up from two valves and two stations, one in the front (dessert plants) and one in the back for the fruit trees and queen palms. So if I can't figure this out for myself, I will have to search for another company to come and help analyze our irrigation system.
