Description of Work: I was misinformed of what all the "Comprehensive Irrigation Assessment" would entail and feel I wasted $65. He arrived and all he did was look at my box and say he would email us an estimate. Never turned on the water to see how my sprinklers were working or anything. I just was not impressed at all and would not recommend them. I ended up using someone else who came out and actually assessed my irrigation system - which took him 45 minutes to do - and fixed it the following week.

Description of Work: I hired them to do an irrigation assessment of my mom's house, which I own. We believe there is a leak in the irrigation system. Apparently they went to my mom's house, but I haven't heard a thing from them -- which is as good as if the service never occurred. I still don't know whether there is a problem or not and since I paid for the service, they refused to give my mom the results. Useless is all I have to say.

Description of Work: I had two irrigation valves replaced, all sprinkler heads replaced, a few leaks in the yard. I had the yard seeded for winter , shrubs trimmed and weeds removed. They did not inspect the work and clean up all materials left in yard. Sprinklers were not turned and spray adjusted before they left. My dog dug a small hole the day before seeding in the lawn. They just left dirt pile and seeded over both it and hole. 1 little shrub in front yard clearly not doing well over three visits I finally asked if the worker could tend to it . The drip was clogged from leaves and dirt. I just feel that a landscaper should tend to these things and that when I call to relay the issues they come next visit and still have to be followed after to see that all normal expectations have been met. Also wanted to charge a separate fee to trim trees 9 ft high seperately from the yard fee.

Description of Work: CWC initially did a complete yard cleanup and did an outstanding job. We subsequently hired them to perform monthly trimming and maintenance on our yard. The first several times, they showed the same outstanding quality, but with the introduction of a new crew, the quality dropped substantially. However, to his credit, the owner, Mark sent his crew back over and came himself to ensure that we were satisfied and to speak with me in person. Since then, the quality has varied but has generally been satisfactory. "Fix me, don't fire me," is Mark's motto, so while the performance quality is slightly less than 100% at times, it us also my responsibility to let them know what I expect and when more is needed because Mark will personally ensure the customer's satisfaction with the services performed. Definitely recommend. High integrity!

Description of Work: Seasonal landscaping, quick response and flexibility with the appointment scheduled. The customer service is outstanding, the crew very accommodating.

Description of Work: Installed new drip timer box. It went poorly due to shoddy work. Installer was rude at first meeting and came off as arrogant. His wife on the other hand who works in the office was very friendly and professional acting.

Description of Work: CWC was very responsive. They showed up as agreed and the price was reasonable given the work that they did. They removed two queen palms and three small palms, filled in holes, treated for weeds, trimmed 2 date palms, hauled away all trimmings, and more.

The service was done as soon as I wanted it and I was very pleased with the service. | |I then purchased a package for winter seeding and follow-up ($200. We now have the greenest, most beautiful grass! | |Additionally, I purchased a complete weed service package for our front yard ($200. We have grass in the back and we cut that; however, we have rock and gravel out front and it is a pain to keep the weeds in check. This covers monthly weed service for six months and they do a really good job. I think this is a great deal because trying to get all the weeds out of the gravel is not something I want to do! | |Kim at CLC is very nice to work with, very professional. She assured me that if we have any problems at all - she will take care of it right away and I have no doubt she would if ever needed.

Description of Work: I made the first appointment in April, for weed cleanup. They have a six month guarantee, and came back a few times when I called, to remove weeds that popped up after rainstorms. | |I will be continuing to use them going forward for maintaining weed removal. They're the first company we've been able to find who have continued to return when they say they will. In the past we've tried companies that just leave their business cards on the front door, and those guys would show up twice and never return, and were hard to get in touch with. | |I'm glad we found CWC Landscaping.
