Surprise Whirlpool Repair

--I got scammed by calling the number 480-568-0632. I asked to get an appointment for Surprise Whirlpool Repair, which I did not reach. I asked why I was not in contact with Surprise Whirlpool and was told they schedule appointments for a number of Whirlpool repair services. I asked if Surprise Whirlpool would do the repair, they told me they would schedule an appointment with a company that could provide me with Whirlpool service today. I then asked how experienced would the repair person be and was told the would have 18 years or more experience. Ok. They then told me I would need to pay $35 to schedule the appointment and the money would be returned to me if the company did the repair (vs provide me with a quote). I provided them with a credit card number. A company did come and fix my Whirlpool Gold freezer. During my conversation with the repair person I gather he was in his late 20s, which means he did not have 18 yrs of experience. All in all the repair person was great; he took apart my freezer with great care; showed me the issue; and did the work efficiently. Bravo to them they did a great job and I would hire them again. Two days later the I found I had a charge from APPLIANCE REPAIR for $59.99 on my credit card, I got scammed by a call service pretending to be a scheduler for the appliance repair company that I found on Angie's List.
