 + -1 moreIt took several days for them to return my call. They came out and gave a reasonable estimate. My husband waited for them to arrive on the appointed day of having the work done. When we called, they said we had the day wrong. They did come the following week and did a good job. My husband asked them to return monthly. They never returned or called or come to continue the services.
Description of Work: We just moved to the area and needed our yard cleaned up and start monthly services with a gardener.

 + 0 moreTodd runs the company and he is the person to talk to. He is responsive. I'm never home when they are there. I've left notes for them and they've always done anything I've left a note for. What I like about them is that they've done a lot of things for my house without nickel and diming me as far as extra charges for little things. I once had a tree blown over and it blocked my driveway and he came over and did it himself, and took it away. He never charged me for that. They do a lot. They would replace nozzles on the drip system without billing extra for that. They seem to be reasonably priced and they are responsible and flexible as far as how to meet your needs.
Description of Work: Sun Valley Property Maintenance comes every other week for yard maintenance. They would mow, they clean the property, they plant some trees and get the weed blower out, and they sweep all the patios. They would repair the drip system and do maintenance.

 + -1 moreThey do a good job. They come out every other week and do the general clean-up and cut the grass. They charge $130 for a month; they come out twice a month. I think their price is reasonable. They come at different times, though. I have been using them for almost a year now.
Description of Work: I use Sun Valley Property Maintenance. They replaced two trees in front of my property. They also do the routine maintenance of my yard. They trim the trees and bushes. They also handled a problem I had with my drip system in the past. They came out last, very recently.

Description of Work: FIRST TIME CLEAN-UP OF YARD. TRIMMED TREES AND BUSHES. REMOVED DEAD CACTUS, AND FIXED DRIP SYSTEM LEAK.
