It was a wonderful experience. They had a large crew because we have a large house with many registers. They were able to finish the job in about an hour. They were clean, efficient, and went out of their way to answer questions. They really did a good job.

Service crew arrived on time. They explained exactly what they would be doing and how long they would take to complete the job. They completed the job as promised and left my laundry room clean and everything back in its place.

They were quick and efficient. Nice group of boys, even though they harassed me about my love for the Denver Broncos... LOL Thanks guys!

The crew was on time and worked quickly. Shortly after the service I noticed dirt blowing out of the air ducts. I dont believe they did a complete job of cleaning the ducts out.

This was a special Angie's list deal for $59 for dryer vent cleaning. The company was not able to schedule right away because it was overwhelmed in response to the deal. But they scheduled within a reasonable time. They performed as expected and cleaned up well after themselves.

Quick. They arrived on time and did the work as quoted in a timely manner.

Our ducts had not been cleaned since new (in 1963), so they were VERY dusty. The team arrived on time with all the equipment required. They cleaned and sanitized the ducts and return, as well as the registers. They made sure that everything was cleaned up before they left. When Squeeky Clean was finished, all the ducts looked like new inside.

So far I have not had the job completed but had to give a rave review for how quickly they have gotten back to me. I called for a quote on a shower door and sliding glass door. Other companies had tried to upsell me but they took their time to actually discover that some could be fixed. Rather than wait at my house for an estimator to come out they allowed me to email pictures (my idea they offered the guy coming out for free) of the job and gave me an estimate over the phone. They came out for free to measure and take a look and the quote was the same, wich by the way was much much less than any other company. I am in the process of scheduling my job now for next week. They have shown up on time and kept in contact with me too. Just wish I wasn't new to AZ so I could refer them to more people. Chris, JR, Steve, and Mario.. so far all awesome!!!!

They cleaned the ducts and the vents and were here on time. They completed the job quickly and did a good job. My family and I were very pleased.

Once they arrived at my home the cleaning went well. However, the appointment had to be changed two different times after the first initial change made by the company. The company called once the original appointment had been made to ask if they could change the time from 10 AM to 8 AM for the purposes of saving gas. I agreed. The day they were suppose to come I waited approximately 1/2 hour before I called asking where they were. I spoke with a gentlemen who informed me that he would check on it and get back to me. 15 minutes later, I called again speaking to another individual who said he was not sure what was going on and would get back to me in 15 minutes. I again called after the 15 minutes to see what was going on. He told me that the crew was within a half hour of being at our home. I told him it was too late because we had another appointment to go to at 10:30. We arranged another appointment which was a week later with the promise that they would be here on time. A day before the appointment, I received a phone asking to reschedule the appointment do to the rain which was predicted for the following day. I thought it was strange that they were canceling the appointment for rain which by the way we ended up with a few sprinkles only that day of the appointment. I agreed to the change however only because they had a piece of equipment which needed to rolled into the home and they did not want to track up our home. I told him that this was the third time this appointment was being changed. He said they would do the job but I agreed to a new scheduled time. The following week they arrived early for the appointment. They completed there task in about an hour to an hour and a half. The individuals did a good job and cleaned up after themselves. Had they not rescheduled this appointment I would have been happy with the work. However, I would not recommend this company to anyone unless you plan on having your appointment changed several times to accommodate them. Each time it was changed no apology was given for the change nor was the reason for the change in my opinion as valid one.

As stated above, they did an excellent job. They arrived on time, kept their work area clean and dealt with all the issues, particularly with the potentially dangerous dryer vent clog. The air ducts don't bother me and there is usually not much in them, but the dryer was a completely different situation. I was very glad they were there; they pulled the dryer out, cleaned out the aluminum flex coil and then went all the way up the pipe to the roof to get all the collected lint cleaned out. It was a seriously dangerous situation that they took in stride and dealt with professionally. We were very satisfied with their cheerful attitude and attention to detail. Well done!

3 employees came to clean the vents, arrived on time. I asked about the "organic sanitizer" that was on the deal coupon as I use only green products in my home. The guy in charge told me nobody has ever asked him this question before and showed me the bottle. Since when is bleach organic? Plus, it was scented, I have highly allergic pets. The clincher was that they did not put any tarps down, took off the vents, drywall pieces everywhere, they spent more time vacuuming than cleaning vents, were here 50 minutes, I have spent over an hour cleaning drywall as it was also tracked all over my house. I'm wondering if I got duped. Should have done my research but I have been trusting recommendations from Angie's List.

She came in and cleaned dryer ducts. My husband kind of took care of it and I was in the fringes. They were perfect. They were a little earlier than they said. They came in and they got the job done. They gave me some advice about another problem that I needed to take care of to avoid a fire. They were in and out in about 15 minutes. I don’t have anything to compare the price with.

I used the big deal for this service. Their knowledge and their friendliness really impressed me. I will use their services again in the future.

They were okay. The problem with them was the timing. They were supposed to come at one time and they couldn’t come or they didn’t come and they didn’t tell me, so I had to reschedule the time. I had to call them to find out why they didn’t show up. The quality of their work was fine. I think I purchased a Big Deal with them. I do not know if I will use them again in the future.

The outer pane of glass shattered from the heat. They came out and gave me a free estimate. Once that was complete, they asked for a small (half) deposit so that they could order the glass. It took about two weeks to come in. Due to my difficult schedule, they completed the work two weeks later. They were really annoyed with the fact that I was hard to reach and that it took two weeks to schedule. I own my own business as well, so I understand the frustration, but sometimes you can't get the free time one would like...isn't the customer always right? I gave them $250.00 towards the work, so it was going to be done. The tech came on time and finished quickly. This is a house I am going to rent out so there is nothing in it. As I went to leave, the door would not line up to lock. I tried to line the latch up myself with no luck. Called the boss of Windows and Glass as I was on my way to work to explain that I had to leave my house open because the door wouldn't lock. He put me on hold, called his tech, and then came on the line to tell me that his tech said he tried it several times and it locked fine. He wanted to send him back within a few minutes and I should wait for him....but I told him was already on my way to work-too late!. The boss said the tech would come out and fix it and lock up behind him. An hour later boss called and said tech did fix the problem and lock and secured the house. "The door was misaligned." If that was the case, then I am sure that the tech did not check it and get it to lock. I am certainly not going to misaligned it by only opening and closing the door....so make your own conclusion. Overall, it did go smoothly, other than the lock. So it was not a bad experience. If I had to use them again in a pinch, I would, however, I will get other quotes too.

They are absolutely outstanding. I was so impressed. They were very thorough and did a great job. We were very happy with their work.

I made an appointment between 10-11am. After 11am, I called them because they hadn't showed or called. I spoke to representative that told me that they had a computer problem and lost their information in their database and then told me that someone from my family called and cancelled the appointment. They also told me that they had 5 Smith's on the schedule for the day. I cancelled the service with them and requested a refund.

the home was built in 1971 and i don't believe the ducts were ever cleaned. the crew showed up early, completed the work, cleaned up and left. a good experience.

The crew showed up a half hour early with no notice, which was a bit annoying. The cleaning seemed pretty efficient at the time. They did leave a lot of debris from the ducts all over the place. Not having had this done before, it would have been nice if they had told us beforehand that we might want to move some things or cover them up. For the price, I'm not surprised but that extra communication would have gone a long way. They were fairly courteous but just didn't say much at all to us actually. They didn't seem to speak much English. Afterwards, we asked if they could clean up a few areas that were especially dirty. They cheerfully agreed but then got annoyed partway through. Maybe we were asking too much? We didn't know since this was our first duct cleaning. In any case, it seemed a little unprofessional if the customer is always supposed to be right. The following week, debris blew out from a few of our vents so that we had to vacuum a few times a day. I called the company back and the man I spoke to was very helpful and eager to get the problem corrected. A different crew came out and they were much more forthcoming and kept us informed of everything they were doing. They cleaned up a lot of sand/dirt from the vents and were surprised that the first crew did such a poor job since they were known to be very good. In the two months since then, the debris hasn't stopped blowing out the vents although it has diminished some. We've had an A/C company come out to figure out the problem. They've since inspected all the duct work and removed and capped off an evap cooler that wasn't being used, thinking maybe that was the source of the debris. The vents are still spitting it out, two months later. We have no idea whether the duct cleaning wasn't done well or just uncovered some other problem that we still haven't solved. Although I'm witholding blaming the duct cleaning, all we know is that we feel worse off now than before it was done.

Appointment made easily and the team of three arrived on time and completed the work in a timely fashion. They called prior to coming and asked if they could come earlier than scheduled. I appreciated the call and was happy for an earlier service call. The person in charge (Junior) was very polite and through in his explanation as to what to expect.
