+ -1 moreAngie's List, strike one. Bought one of these Angie's Deals to have my home cleaned. We have a 4500 sq foot home, but we had guys installing wood floors in 1/3 of the house. The girls came and wiped down the floors and surfaces and changed the trash, but I'm pretty sure they used water. Nothing felt clean after they left. We don't wear shoes in the house and our feet we still very dirty even right after they moped the floor. They left after 2 hours.
Description of Work: Hired them to clean my house - mop floors, clean the bathrooms, clean the kitchen, etc.

+ -1 moreMy wife had arranged in advance that this was a "moving out" cleaning. When the cleaners arrived, I was doing some repairs. We showed them the house and they went to work. The cleaners worked diligently and asked for me to check each room to be sure that I was satisfied. They were responsive to requests to go back and do extra scrubbing in a cabinet and the fridge. My wife and I were satisfied with the work. With an infant, our only concern is that they did not use "green" products. We did not have them clean before we moved out.
Description of Work: We were moving and used Spic and Span cleaning to clean the house after we had emptied the house. We has an 8 am appointment and they were on time. 2 ladies for 3 hours each to total 6 hours of cleaning. They cleaned windows, floors, cabinets, fridge and toilets. Everything was done well and we did not have to go back to retouch anything.

+ -1 moreCleaning of a 1500 sq. one level home. First they came about 2 hours early. The owner left me a message less than an hour that they would be here. I just happened to get home and they were waiting outside. They went right to work, but did not ask me if I had some special areas that I wanted paid special attention to. Also they hardly spoke any English,so this probably would not of been possible. Please either have one of them speak English, or the owner should of called and communicated with them as to what I was expecting.They did a pretty decent job, but they missed many areas in their dusting. Items should be removed from the top of the furniture to dust it. Also furniture polish should of been used. I Think things should of been a little more through for the amount that I paid

+ -1 moreThe first time they came, they cleaned the ceiling fans, baseboards, etc. That was the only time out of several visits they did them. The last visit they were here 1 hour and 15 minutes to clean a 2700 sq ft house. In addition, I later found a picture frame they broke. They put it together and leaned it against the dresser, and when I went to move things a few days after they had been here, it fell apart in my hand. They said nothing about it!!! They ended up being in too big a hurry, only cleaned in Chandler on Mondays, and I believe they were trying to do too many customers in one day.

+ -1 moreDo expect to pay more if you are requesting a Sunday cleaning. Don't forget to let the team know specifically what you want done. You can't assume they will see "everything" that needs to be done unless you tell them.I made a point of asking them to empty and clean the inside surfaces of the refrigerator and they did that beautifully. I don't think they would have done that unless I requested it. Aimee is a real professional and I trust that when she says a team will be there to get the job done that they will do what is promised. Joanna updated our information on the computer so that the process can be easier if we are not readily available to talk with the team.
Description of Work: We have scheduled a few cleaning appointments at our 1600 sq ft home through Aimee Nunez and were pleased with the work done in our home. A team of 2 women came to our home on time and followed along with me as I described to them what I wanted accomplished in the time they were there. I asked that they throw linens and towels in the washer and dryer and remake the beds. I also asked that they run the dishwasher and put away the dishes when the dishwasher was done. They cleaned bathrooms, bedroom and living room to our satisfaction. At the second appointment, they forgot to clean the kitchen sink but everything else was done as requested. Aimee and Joanna are especially good to work with. Very prompt to respond to a call and flexible. The scheduled appointment we have made for a Sunday cleaning will be charged at time and a half but for the occasional emergency cleaning we certainly understand the additional cost. They follow through with the little things that mean alot to guests.

Their punctuality has been good. they held true to their price and when I wasn't happy with one of the cleanings, they didn't do a good job, I called the owner and they did the cleaning for 1/2 price the next time. I have a lot of dogs and they do come in the house. They never complain, they don't care if I just groomed and there is hair everywhere. I have a lot of dirt in the house because of the dogs. They dust everything, vacuum the hair, mop the floor. They never complain about the dogs. I have a lot of dust, a lot. I will continue using them once a week to clean my very large house.

+ -1 moreThe three girl team arrived earlier then expected. Amy, the owner or dispatcher, called me 30 minutes before they arrived to warn me they were going to be early. They started in the Master Bed and Bath and worked they way through the entire house. Cleaning, vacuuming, mopping, bathrooms, dusting, dusted the blinds (which i hate to do), vacuuming my couch and much more. I have stained concrete floors and whatever they used on the floor shined and sealed them so well they lasted much longer in terms of clean appearance then when I do them. They were there 2 hours for my $1600 sq. ft house with 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. I highly recommend them. I've booked them to come once a month. They are also very good about scheduling and paying attention to your needs.
Description of Work: I purchased the Angie's List deal for $69 to try them out. Two hours for 3 cleaners is normally $120. I had them come the day before Thanksgiving.

+ -1 moreAimee's assistant was prompt in answering my call, and quoting my requested job. The cleaning duo of women arrived on time, and cleaned the requested rooms. They were polite and hard-working. My only observation is that next time I need to explicitly outline the areas in each room that I want cleaned, and how thoroughly. There was still soap scum in the master bath shower, which I later was able to remove, and the stove and microwave were not cleaned to my satisfaction (greasy), though I take the blame for not managing the cleaning duo more closely during their time in the house. I also didn't have time at that moment to closely inspect their work. Overall, it was a better cleaning job than I was used to from other providers, though for the money and the other reviews posted here I expected a bit more. I will use Spic and Span again, but next time I'll be more diligent and thorough in my explanation and more hands on in my management.
Description of Work: Had a team of two women clean my newly purchased (but empty) condo/townhouse. Asked for all rooms to be cleaned, with an emphasis on bathrooms (2.5) and kitchen. They worked for four hours to completion.

They did a great job but I guess we assumed they would clean the sliding doors.... we were gone part of the time so we missed mentioning that to them. When they were done, we asked for a business card so we could call them in the future... they didn't have a card with them. Overall the cleaning was great.
