Spic & Span Housecleaning

Very well. I used them a second time and I will use them again in the future.

This was a last minute gift for my wife, so I was unsure that I could get any housecleaners at the last minute let alone on a Sunday. While the office hours state they are closed on Sunday, to my surprise Aimee answered the phone. She had stated that they normally don't work on Sunday and it would be time & a half, but if I was okay with that she would place some calls. Needless to say, within 5 minutes she was able to have two housecleaners arrive at my home where they completed 3 hours of work. They arrived on time and immediately began scrubbing, polishing and dusting my home from top to bottom. I was extremely impressed with the work and would hire them again.

Pleasant people but not thorough.

Two years ago, I purchased a home in Scottsdale and searched Angies List for a houseclening service. Spic & Span has cleaned my home biweekly for the last two years. I have been incredibly happy with their service. The team arrives on time and does an amazing job of cleaning my home in a short period of time. Aimee was very easy to deal with and accomodated several changes to my schedule based on my business travel. Their employees are very friendly and really do an incredible job! I have now sold my home, and I honestly will miss my relationship with Spic & Span. I highly recommend Spic & Span!!

They arrived on time, went straight to work, were very friendly and performed a job that I would not do even if I was paid! They were truly a blessing to us. Will use them on a regular basis!

Nice girls. On time. They spent a great deal of time on their cell phones while cleaning. Cleaning was adequate for an emergency but many places were overlooked.

The quality of the housecleaning is acceptable, and the price is very fair.. My problem with this service is that none of the people dispatched speak English. Unless they send out one crew member that speaks English I will not use them in the future.

The service was fine. They got the job done and they stayed the full six hours. The house looked great after they left.

They are amazing and thorough, you can tell they value the customer's experience after. ie They don't just do the basics, they make sure that literally everything is done, including any dishes, making beds, and fixing up pillows. It's so wonderful. My family loves them too. I can concentrate on other things and know they will handle the rest. I work with Johana and the other ladies and they are all wonderful. I recommend them highly.

Amy was wonderful to work with. I contacted her to clean my house in preparation for showing it to potential renters. She asked all the right questions, and she knew exactly what I wanted. My house was larger (and dirtier, apparently) than expected, so she contacted me to let me know that the cost would be just slightly higher than she estimated. She gave me the option of doing further cleaning, or stopping at the estimated amount. The cost was so low that I opted to have the additional cleaning done. I didn't actually see the finished product, but i have no doubt that the work performed was more than acceptable.

I purchased a Big Deal for 6 hours of housecleaning for $69. I waited several months before using it. When I contacted Spic & Span, they were very responsive in comunicating with me, but it was a little difficult to find a day and time that they had available that would also work for our schedules. Since we were not in a big hurry to have the cleaning done -- we mostly wanted to try cleaning services -- we waited a few weeks to get an open date. When the date came, the cleaning crew arrived on time and went to work. I think it was a two-person crew, but I can't recall for sure. In about two hours, they had the house completely cleaned. Surfaces were all dusted, and kitchen and bathroom surfaces cleaned, our tile floors were mopped and the carpeted floors vacuumed. We found nothing that they missed. It was nice to have someone else clean our house for us -- and do it so quickly and efficiently -- but we've continued to clean our house ourselves rather than hiring someone like Spic & Span to do it regularly.

Always fabulous- cannot say enough to their excellent cleaning service! I love coming home to VERY clean home! Thanks again and look forward to working with you in 2013!

They did a good job and things looked much better overall when they were done. They people they sent were very professional. The owner of the company was very responsive when we contacted them as well. I was pleased with the work they did. However, the costs for a bi-monthly cleaning were too much for our budget. We are paying our current cleaners eighty dollars for bi-monthly cleaning. They clean the house, including the appliances, and wash our sheets and make the beds.

I am using them on an on-going basis. I got them from Angies list. They have done a very good job and their price is very competitive.

They have returned monthly. If they are going to be late for unexpected reasons, they will call. The ladies appear to enjoy each others company and their work which is the highest praise I can give them. I would recommend them to anyone.

The ladies arrived on time. They did a great job cleaning my house. They stayed extra hours as needed.

The cleaning job is pretty good. They are quite flexible and pleasant to deal with, so if I want to change the date or skip a month, there is never any resistance. They may not come exactly on time, but come early(!) as often as they come late. If they are running early, they will call ahead to ask if they can begin cleaning early. There is a significant language barrier with the Spanish-speaking staff, and I have found that sometimes they don't understand my requests. However, if I relay any special instructions to Spic and Span over the phone before they come, there is no problem. Additionally, even for very small issues that arise while cleaning, they have called their office with questions or concerns while they are here, and the office will call me with a translated question, so it can be resolved while they're here. They just want to do a good job and leave the customer happy.

the crew didn't speak english very well, so they could not easily follow the somewhat complicated directions to my home, but they arrived only a little late. very pleasant and professional; my condo was gleaming when they finished.

They were on time, worked very fast, but had some issues with banging vacuum against walls (I asked them to be more carefull) but I still had marks. They used a dusty duster which left some dust behind (I would ask them to use something else). They used something on my Granite that left a film, I will make sure they use a granite cleaner next time. I will use them again, but will keep a closer watch.

I have used this service for months and initially I was thrilled with the quality. They were punctual and did a good job. The rates were reasonable and I was pleased. As time progressed, the quality of service deteriorate and at the same time rates have been increased three times. The last time they came and I do mean last becausre I will not use them again, they were 30 minutes early. They charged me for the 30 minutes they spent waiting in my drive way. I arrived as quickly as I could, once they called, but since they were early they did have to wait. On top of the that the rates were increased also. They did not dust all of the furniture. The first time this happened I called Amy and she assured me she would tell thenm to dust thoroughly. but to my surprise, the last visit, they did not dust the desk in the entry and the wodden fish tank in the living area. I called Spic N Span with my dissatisfaction and I was assured Amy would call me back. That was over a week ago and I have heard nothing.

I provided access to my home and left for about 4 hours. When I returned my house was the cleanest its ever been, nothing went missing and have been using them regularly ever since. -
