Generally, it went well; however, the thoroughness of the cleaning of the bathtubs and tile floors was not as good as it could have been. (IE: ring in bathtub was not completely cleaned off.)

They did a good job. My only deterrent was that they sent three people who didn t speak English. They handed me a cell phone of someone on the line who spoke English and I explained to them what I wanted done.

I am very happy with their service. I have the crew that I want from them. If I ask them to wash a couple windows, they will do that for you. Basically, whatever you ask them specifically to do, they will do that job. I have used them a couple months and I have them come every other week. They show up on time and do a really good job.

Three employees came on time and did a great job. They even got the top of a very high ledge clean where I have a hard time reaching with a ladder.
Description of Work: They cleaned most of our house after we removed saltillo tile and re-tiled. Our house was covered in dust, so they cleaned our windows, blinds, walls, cupboards, bathrooms, vacuumed and mopped.

When I called to inquire about the company and their services, they were courteous and eager to be flexible with me and my needs. I scheduled the service and the cleaning team not only arrived on time, they were fifteen minutes early. They were very polite and friendly and did a very nice job. They took their time and were very careful while cleaning and dusting breakables. They thoroughly cleaned everything I requested with professionalism and a good attitude.
Description of Work: We had just moved into our new home and they performed a deep move-in cleaning for us. They thoroughly cleaned the entire house, including inside the cabinets, drawers, and shelves. We also had them clean the back patio and wash the glass on the sliding doors.

They are very punctual, show up when they said they would. Three ladies came and cleaned for two hours. They did an excellent job. They all only speak Spanish which makes communication somewhat difficult.

They did a move out cleaning. It was short notice and they scheduled me in place of a cancellation. The house was dirty before they got there and clean after. I thought they did a great job and Alma was very pleasant on the phone. I would hire them again for a cleaning job.

I am also an owner of a company in Ohio and know the importance of taking the time to help customers especially under difficult circumstances. Bill went out of his way to help me feel that I could get on the plane for home knowing my father would be well taken care of.
Description of Work: live in Ohio and my mother passed away a few months ago. I am an only child & my father is 83. While in Arizona during the 10 days after her death, one of the things I needed to accomplish was finding someone to clean for my father. I found Spic & Span on the list & made an appointment with Bill. I was SO impressed I did not call anyone else. My father is thrilled with the service. Given the circumstance, it is wonderful to know that a company exists like this allowing not only myself but my father feeling comfortable being in his home every other week to clean even if he is not home. The people are attentive, helpful and very polite.
