Spic & Span Housecleaning

I don’t remember how much I spent but I know it was very reasonable. I liked their thoroughness and the ease of making appointments with them. They do a really good job. I would tell the others that they do a really good job and they are reasonably priced. I really enjoyed their services. I will use their services again in the future.

I purchased the 6 hour special on Angie's List and elected to have the cleaning team stay to finish the job. They were very thorough and worked hard the entire time they were here. They were a bit late, due to getting lost, but got right to work when they arrived. They didn't speak much English so it may have been a little difficult if I had any special instructions, but Amy was available via phone for assistance. The house is sparkling clean and I would recommend this company to others and will use them again in the future.

I am very happy with the work Spic and Span did. They arrived on time. They cleaned my 1500 sq ft house in a little over 2 hours and did a great job. I highly recommend them.

I started using Spic & Span in February 2011 after becoming dissatisfied with another cleaning service. When I called, Aimee described their approach to cleaning, which I liked. They only service Chandler on Mondays, so I felt a bit restricted but that has not proven to be an issue. The team of 2 or 3 women is prompt & professional. Although I may get a new person occasionally, I always have one of the two original cleaners, which provides continuity. They do an excellent job with the bathrooms & kitchen, and clean the upholstered furniture very thoroughly. The dusting, vacuuming and mopping are thorough as well. At times they haven't moved on object & instead cleaned around it, but they have adjusted any time I've pointed something out like that. They frequently ask if there is anything special I'd like cleaned that day. I have them come every 3 weeks. I am very satisfied with the job they do.

I hired Spic & Span House Cleaning to clean my recently purchased 2 bed/2 bath condo. There was no furniture in the condo. Aimee responded promptly to my inquiry through Angie's List. Here crew of two ladies arrived right on time and did an excellent job of cleaning the floors, appliances, and cabinets (inside and out). I would definitely use Spic & Span House Cleaning again.

First of all, I purchased the "Big Deal" housecleaning, and when I called to make my appointment I found out that I was out of their normal service area. HOWEVER, I was also told that they would honor the deal and perform the cleaning! This showed me immediately how much pride they have in their business! They came on the day and time as promised, started in the Master Bed and Bath, and I showed them where trash bags and containers were, and left them to do their work. When I returned 3-4 hours later they had completed their work. The home smelled clean, and upon futher inspection was VERY clean. They did a wonderful job from top to bottom! Everything had a nice sparkle to it! They even made my bed!!! Wonderful experience from beginning to end. I would recommend them to anyone. I'm hoping they will make the exception and clean my house again in the future :-).

All went well. The cleaners missed a few things, but l the house looked good.

Aside from being late a couple of times, this company does an excellent job.They're in and out in record time and have done excellent work. Just let Aimee know what you need done and she'll have the cleaners take care of it. I love this service!

Aimee was great. We are outside of their normal area, yet she was able to work us into their schedule with only a couple of days notice. Her staff showed up on time and got to work right away. They worked very quickly and efficiently and left our home spotless. We will definitely use them again and highly recommend them.

I do have one qualification that I want the crew to speak English. First time, they were no one who spoke English. I had to communicate via the telephone with the owner. I got a special, which I have signed up. I have to contact them and notify them for scheduling. They were okay and didn’t have a problem. Considering the size of the house, I had three people finishing the job in three hours. I find them reliable; but the doubt I have is, when they send people out who don't speak English.

I used them because of the deal that I got through Angie's List. They did a bit more so I paid them for it. They were very thorough. I was doing my own cleaning but it just got to the point where I could not handle it anymore. The bathrooms are clean and they got rid of all my dust. They were very thorough. They were not totally bilingual and so we seemed to have a communication issue. When I would ask them to do something they would nod approval but wouldn't do it. It was not the first time that I ran into something like that so it was okay. They were supposed to be here by 8:30 but were not here till about 8:50 and normally that wouldn't be a problem but that day we had to take my mother–in-law to a doctor's appointment and so we were a little hard pressed on time. The quality was outstanding and they did their work like professionals.

The three ladies arrived at the condo, used my key box to enter and were hard at work before I arrived in check up on them...they were very prompt, efficient, polite, all I had hoped they would be. Looking forward to having them clean again & again! They are a critical part of my end product which I present to my customers!

Aimee answered the phone immediately when I called to inquire about services and gave an accurate estimate over the phone. She was able to schedule me for the same week and promised to give me a call when the crew was on the way. As promised, she called when her crew was on the way to my house and I showed up at the exact same time as they did. The two ladies immediately got to work and while there was a little bit of a language barrier, I was able to call Aimee and have her call the crew to discuss some special instructions. The worked efficiently, did a great job and charged a very fair price. I'm planning on using Spic and Span on a regular basis now and Aimee I discussed that I can email her directly with special instructions before each cleaning so I don't have to struggle with any language barrier. All in all, this is a top notch service provider who charges a very reasonable price for the services that are provided. These are exactly the types of small businesses that I enjoy doing business with!

I use the service every two weeks now. The women have limited English skills, but we manage. Spic and Span also can provide someone who irons and polishes silver absolutely perfectly. Because of the communication problem I try to tell Aimee ahead of time exactly what I want done. The ladies are all so nice, friendly and completely trust worthy and now they know how I like things done they just go about doing their job quickly and efficiently.

Arrived right on time. I reviewed everything to be cleaned. They went to work. Did a walk thru to make sure everything was done and it was. That was it. A wonderful experience and the VALUE (quality plus price) was superior to all the other professional cleaning services I ever used before Spic and Span. I will be using Spic and Span from now on.

When I called Aimee, I told her how awful my house was ... I have been ill for over a year, and with three kids, a long-haired dog, and a disabled husband, my house was a grimy, cluttered, filthy mess. I think she thought I was playing it up so it wouldn't look so bad when her cleaners came, but the first words out of their mouths were "Ay ay ay!" It was bad. We ended up making two sessions a week apart (upstairs and down) out of it. The team went to work right away, and worked hard the entire time they were here. I have NEVER seen such a thorough cleaning job (except, perhaps, by my mother). I stared at my toaster oven for 10 minutes: it looked like "gleam" spots had been photoshopped onto it. I think the house is cleaner than it was when we moved in. I will continue to have S&S clean my house every two weeks (now that it is down to "base"). The price is VERY reasonable, considering the amount of effort and attention to detail. Communiciations are excellent: Aimee is friendly and helpful, and if there were any questions, she was easy to reach. I highly recommend this service.

Aimee was very responsive and answered all my questions and the people who clean my house are very prompt and do a great job. I have had to change days and times around because of travel and a phone call is all it takes to arrange schedules. I wanted to make sure I had the same team and not a different one each week and I like that. If both can't make it, there is always at least one of them that know the house and what needs to be done.

Spic and Span was great! I got two properties cleaned by them and they did a phenomenal job! They showed up and instantly got to work. They sent out two maids to each property and they completed my townhome in about 2.5 hours and my house in 3. They got water stains off our glass shower that I thought would never come off! It was worth every penny and I am extremely happy with their work.

It went very well. They arrived a few minutes ahead of the schedule time, which is always ok with me. Early is always better than late. I quickly showed them the areas to be cleaned, then got out of their way. The ladies worked fast and furious the whole time they were there, with no goofing off or socializing. I was amazed at how clean my house was. Everything sparkled like new, and things that I thought were clean looked even better after they were here. My house has never looked so nice! This was the first time I'd used their service, but I definitely plan to begin using them on a regular basis.

And they came to work hard. In three hours they turned my home back into a place I could welcome guests. They were prompt, very nice, very hardworking, and cleaned everything in sight. My place has two not very neat humans, two long haired cats, and one long haired dog, so this was no easy job. Thank you so very very much! I will definitely use you again, hopefully this time before things have gotten so out of hand. I highly recommend this company - you can't go wrong!

Aimee is responsive to our requests. The team (Luce and Daniela) knows our house and what we expect. They are on time, thorough, careful and pleasant.

They are very reliable. She is courteous and friendly. She also will recommend other providers for different services I may be in need of which is helpful.

I hadn't had my house properly cleaned in nearly 6 months, since my previous cleaning company changed hands and I wasn't happy with the new management. When I called Amy, she was very friendly, and was able to schedule a cleaning team within a few days. She understood that my house needed a LOT of cleaning, since I hadn't had an outside service clean it in months, and I had been doing the bare minimum since then. The team of 3 Mexican ladies, 1 of whom spoke English, arrived later than scheduled, but I was contacted by Amy's assistant that they were running late but would be here, and they actually arrived earlier than I was told they might be. I was the last cleaning of the day, so that might be why. They were able to get the ENTIRE house done VERY thoroughly. It took them 3 hours, and believe me, it was quite a job! But they dusted areas that my previous company hadn't ever bothered to do, like high-up places. I will certainly use this service again, on a regular schedule, so it doesn't get out of control the way it did before they arrived.
