Engine light on Jeep. Ketchums ran diagnostic showing fuel system air leak. They suggested most common cause was faulty gas cap which is hard to prove except by replacing. So I left after $70 (50 for diagnostic, 20 for gas cap). Light came back on. Brought it back, they 'smoke' tested and found a cracked breather tube. Tank was a one-piece design so entire tank needed replacing. Left after another $1200. Overall very happy with them, they are honest and, insofar as I can judge from my interactions and the long lists of happy reviews, scrupulously fair and honest. I will bring all my vehicles here when I can. Only reason I give them a B on punctuality is because they are so popular wait times are often longer...because it's take a number and wait. I will say that will always be the case with quality service providers! If they are never too busy to help you immediately, there is a problem with them!

This instance, as always, was outstanding. They are great, and priced I believe, before dealership pricing for comparable work.

We've never had a problem and they are very honest.

Got me in for the next day, right on the estimate. I was prepared to pay for some additional parts if needed. They were not, so they didn't do it. Many places would have gone for the higher estimate and replaced the additional parts. Integrity matters. We've been going there for 15 years.

I was only there a short time and they figured it all out, without charging me anything. I'd say it all went nicely and the shop is very clean as is the waiting area.

They are fantastic. They have been taking care of my whole family's cars, including my wife's, my son's, and my grandson's cars. Bob Ketchum personally comes to my house to pick up the car. Their prices are competitive. Their mechanics actually take time to come out and talk to me about my car. I have recommended them to everybody I know. They are like the old time mechanics they used to have. I can't say too much about them. Their quality is outstanding. Their prices are much lower than the new car dealers. They are lower on the same repair. Their punctuality is excellent. They will call to say they need the car for another 3 hours and they want to know if that will cause me any problems and if I need them to pick me up. They are old school and are very polite. They will call us Mr. and Mrs. They are the only people that will touch my cars.

They are friendly, they are a family owned business and they know your car. If you do have an emergency, they are able to fit you it. They have excellent customer service.

Everything went well, I would definitely go back.

I don't know of anyone else that puts out as good of service as they do.

WORK TOOK OVER 1 1/2 HR. BECAUSE THEY HAD TO ORDER IN AN OIL FILTER, EVEN THOUGH I HAD AN APPT. and TOLD THEM WHAT KIND OF CAR I HAD. CHARGED ME $19 FOR AN OIL FILTER! SAID IT WAS BECAUSE THEY DIDN'T HAVE ONE IN STOCK. DIDN'T EVEN LUBE THE CAR FOR $47.

THEY ARE FAIRLY PROMPT IN GETTING WORK DONE. THEIR WORK IS GOOD. PROFESSIONALISM COULD IMPROVE.

THIS COMPANY IS SO TRUSTWORTHY. WE HAVE BEEN USING THEM FOR YEARS. THEIR PRICES ARE VERY GOOD AND THE STAFF IS FRIENDLY AND VERY PROFESSIONAL. THEY ARE A FAMILY RUN BUSINESS AND IF SOMEONE NEEDS A MECHANIC I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM.
