This company is fantastic! They are reasonably and fairly priced, do excellent work and are very thorough with the job to be done. Eric (the person who came to the house to provide a quote), was very knowledgable and friendly.The electricians are very friendly and communicate extremely well. They take the time to explain what needs to be done and communicate in a clear and precise manor. They showed up on time and immediately diagnosed my situation. There were two alternate solutions and Eric told me the lesser cost, which was in line with their phone estimate, was better for me. Upon completion, they cleaned up the area. They were very professional and pleasant. I am completely satisfied with them and would be both pleased to recommend them and use them again if necessary.

Initially, we were not happy with the finished job...the technician left very abrubtly without even installing the fan blades on the last fan or cleaning up after himself. When I contacted his lead electrician, Eric, he showed up the very next morning, finished the job, cleaned and was very apologetic. He didn't take any money from me until the job was complete to my satisfaction. I understand that mistakes can happen during a job, but it's how you resolve them that makes me want to come back to do more business. Eric is an asset to this company and he saved our future business relationship with his follow through and attention to detail.

Lupe did great and went above and beyond what I was expecting. The service call was 1 hour and 2 minutes - so they charged me for an extra 15 - which is fair, but I was hoping to round down - not up! I would hire them again.

They were very quick to respond to my inquiry, as well as getting me an estimate and coming to do the job. They were great!
