The project actually took 2 appointments due to the fact that we had a couple defective fans that were delivered and had to be returned, etc. Terry was patient and very professional. The quality of work was top notch. The project took a couple of tangents, but he was able to get everything done and was an expert troubleshooter. I had a variety of small projects to get lighting, fans and attic wiring installed... Terry contacted me and got me a bid right away as promised. I was overwhelmed with multiple bids at the time and did not call anyone back. Terry followed-up with me a few days later to help with any questions I may have. He came right out the next day for a walk thru and I felt very comfortable moving forward with Innovative. Terry is a class act, a professional. The work is done and it looks great. Reliable and professional... I will use them again!!!

I had called several vendors to get bids on various jobs. I was having problems with vendors not calling back, not showing up and giving super high bids. With Innovative, I rec'd an emailed bid the same day. Then Terry actually called to follow-up with any questions I may have... then he actually showed up to do a walk-thru! I have had some let-downs on my remodel, but Terry with Innovative is a real pro. I will use them again when needed!

From start to finish, Innovative Lighting earned its 5-star rating. Leah in the office is friendly and efficient at scheduling and emailing the quotes. Terry, the actual electrician who did the work, was a pleasure to deal with: professional, patient, and determined to get the job done, even when it became more difficult than he estimated it would be. But he stayed at the job, patiently working without interruption and we are thrilled with the results: two next exterior carriage lights to light up our previously somewhat dark front entrance, and a new exterior outlet to power our new fountain. We have already asked Terry to prepare quotes for additional work!
