Innovative lighting was not the cheapest, nor the most expensive bid we received. They explained the project and all elements to me, they worked with me on the price, and were very responsive to my calls. Terry made the process easy and enjoyable. Will absolutely use again for future projects.

He made sure everything was cleaned up-no mess left for me!

Terry was my serviceman and he was great..

Tech was great, service was great, showed up on time. My only issue is that I was given a generic invoice - the company's name, address and contact information was not on it. That made me wonder about the quality of the backend operations and frankly, the security of credit card data.

Terry is a fine electrician. He was prompt, polite, and thorough.

Terry was so helpful and quick. He even had to work around another contractor that we had installing custom closets and he was in and out with no issues and no interruptions to the other contractor! Very, very happy with the results and will have them back for a new list of items we need fixed!

This company is amazing. Not only did they give us a phenomenal quote they also were able to get the job done quickly. We had Terry install our cubical wiring and other electrical work. Not only was he extremely professional, he was also friendly to our staff too. I highly recommend Innovative Lighting & Electric, and I will without a doubt use them again in the future.

They were on time very professional and the best price! The other company charged me a 39.00 service fee and were 100% higher priced. Innovative was great 😀

They were very prompt to get in touch with me. I was very impressed seeing that I usually need to pretty much fight with companies to perform a service and take my money. They handled all the permits and scheduling. The work was started and finished the same day even though the power company was hours late at the start of it. The price was very reasonable. Other quotes ran two and three times as much. I'll definitely use them again!

We had an electrical issue with the pool pump shorting out. Terry came out and did some troubleshooting to figure out the problem. He was able to fix the problem the next day. Very prompt, courteous, explained what would be involved and called a few days later to make sure everything was working properly.
