Very friendly showed up on time as they said they would. The price was a bit high I feel but overall great quality and customer service. Sometimes you have to pay a little bit more to get great service.

Innovative Lighting delivered a great service. They were prompt in giving their estimate. The other company told me they could give me a 4 hour time slot to give their estimate. Well, Jack gave me a reasonable estimate. He was prompt when he started the job and finished. It was a full day per his estimate. Excellent work and very courteous. Recommend jack very highly.

The service technician was outstanding! He knew exactly what I needed and did one extra item that was not on the list! He was polite and would recommend him highly!

Very happy with my new kitchen lights. Jack the electrician was very nice and the clean up afterward was very good. The project manager who provide the rate and cost was very helpful. I would use them again for any other electrical work.

Jack was professional and meticulous. Everything was completed exactly as discussed and he cleaned up every area he worked on. Pricing was reasonable. Will definitely use this company again!

Their electrician, Jack installed my 4 ceiling fans and did a fantastic job. Two of the fans were new installations and the other two were to replace outdated noisy fans. Jack covered my furniture with plastic tarps before starting any of the dusty work. I was very comfortable that Jack was an experienced electrician. He installed all the fans professionally and ensured they worked as expected before cleaning up and departing. Not to be a jerk, but this company's customer service department could use a "tune-up" in my opinion. While always very courteous, there were times when the office said "this or that will happen" and I wound up calling them instead of the other way around. Overall I am very pleased with my installation and I would recommend Innovative Lighting when their services are needed.
