Received a call from the company confirming my request. The technician called prior to appt time to let me know approximately when he would arrive. Took care of the issue requested and checked the fixtures electrical to make sure it wasn't malfunctionin. Overall, happy with the service received.

The technician phoned early to give ETA. He showed up at the stated time. He was able to correct the problem and had necessary parts in the van. Overall time less than an hour. Very pleased.

Troy arrived on time, per his phone call. He listened to my explanation, went around and checked voltages at the outlets. He went to the breaker box and found a lose connection that had created quite a bit of heat and damaged the breaker.

Technician came on time, fixed the problem in 1/1 hour. My only regret is that I did not ask him to fix my ceiling fan also since I paid for an hour. My fault, not his. .
