"First of all I did not know someone had written a review. Secondly the customer was not there on the appointment date and I had to return the next day to do the work. Thirdly I did not build the house. I was asked by the listing to address some items on the inspection list. I addressed all items and completed my work. One item was the sewage ejector system in the basement. I tested the sewage ejector system several times that day before the house closed and found it in proper working order. I cannot warranty any products or systems installed by others. I did not perform any repairs on the sewage ejection system before the house closed. After I completed the work (removing old ejector, vacuuming out all sewage in basin and installing new ejector pump) I was never contacted about any problems by the customer. They elected to use another contractor without contacting me first. I always warranty my work but cannot do so when I have no knowledge of a problem. I only received a call from the listing agent asking me to split the cost because this customer had contacted another plumber stating these problems. We were never given an invoice of the work performed by the other plumbing company. So to our knowledge no one came out. I did not receive the amount that was originally billed, I only received 1/2 of the amount billed. All of my work was done up to code and met all requirements. This is a bogus review and should be deleted. I am a registered contractor with the ROC and as a licensed contractor we must be given the opportunity to fix our work before anyone else is contacted."
