I purchased a game machine at Connelly Stores. The Sales person was very knowledgable and friendly. Delivery was scheduled and I even received a call the night before confirming delivery time. They were prompt, polite, and professional in their service. I would recommend Connelly's Billiards to anyone looking to purchase game room machines or tables. A++

Requested refund in May 2013 and they said they would refund money. In June after no refund, contacted them again (spoke with our salesman Randy Adams) and was told they would check on it. Contacted them multiple times after that with no luck getting a refund and getting various stories as to why (they couldn't find the records, someone was on vacation who handled the accounts, etc etc). Came to find out that the company was sold sometime in late 2013. Current owner has said he has no records showing we didn't receive the top, even though we have emailed our copy of our receipt which shows "ping pong on B/O". Owner says that he has no records of the transaction at all and offered to "give" us a ping pong top but said that a refund was out of the question. We will pursue whatever remedies are available to us to get a refund. BEWARE DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY

"This response is addressing the complaint by (member name removed) regarding a ping pong conversion top they state was purchased from Connelly Billiard in November of 2012. Connelly Billiards is under new ownership as of December 20, 2013. The ping pong top (member name removed) purchased was under the previous management. As new owners we are committed to working, within reason, with the customers who have had problems with the previous management. Unfortunately, the previous management did not maintain accurate records so we were unable to locate any documents regarding the purchase and delivery of their products. When (member name removed) called Mr. Bell, the new owner, explained that Connelly Billiards was under new ownership and he was the new owner. He further explained to him the situation with lack of records but he would try to track down any information he could and get back to him. Even though Mr. Bell could not locate any documentation he wanted to work this out and offered to give him a ping pong conversion top from inventory and have it delivered. At that time (member name removed) became very upset refusing the offer for the product and demanded his money back. Mr. Bell explained to him that refunding the monies was not a viable option but in good faith he would be happy to furnish him with the product he purchased from the previous management and have it delivered. (Member name removed) proceeded to threaten Mr. Bell with legal action if he did not receive a refund. We apologize for any inconvenience (member name removed) has experienced but in good faith we have tried to honor the commitment of the previous management even though we do not have any in-house documentation showing that the product was purchased or delivered. At this point, the ping pong conversion top is no longer available. We feel that our responsibility to resolve this issue is no longer an option."

We have a Connelly table that we purchased about 2 years ago and needed the felt and bumpers replaced. We checked prices a a couple different stores. They were a little cheaper, but we wanted to make sure it was a good quality job. We visited the store to see the felt choices and then called the service department to schedule the work. The service people did a nice job and everything looked good. They didn't have a broom with them (borrowed mine), but they cleaned up the mess.

The original purchase was pleasant and enjoyable. The table was custom-ordered from the Tucson factory, but ended up arriving after three weeks instead of the projected six. We have been back in for additional items, the last being the Naugahyde cover. We got a buyer's card when we bought the table that gives you 10% off future purchases. When I went in to buy the cover, I couldn't immediately find my card, but he said he would give me the discount anyway, then I found the card. My husband says I tend to over explain. What do U think?

STEVE WAS VERY HELPFUL IN HELPING US TO PICK THE TABLE RIGHT FOR US. HE WENT OVER OPTIONS FOR COLOR AND STYLE. HE EVEN GAVE US AN OPTION FOR TRADING CUE STICK HOLDERS. SET UP AND DELIVERY WERE DONE IN A TIMELY MANNER AND NO DAMAGE WAS DONE TO TABLE OR OUR BELONGINGS.

DELIVERY OF THE ORIGINAL TABLE WAS LATE AND DAMAGED UPON ARRIVAL. CONTACT WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR REPLACEMENT OR REPAIR WAS PRETTY SEAMLESS HOWEVER. REPAIR CREW WAS TIMELY AND VERY PROFESSIONAL.

STEVE WAS VERY HELPFUL IN DECIDING WHICH TABLE TO PURCHASE, BUT I PRETTY MUCH HAD MY MIND MADE UP BEFORE I EVEN WALKED IN THE SHOWROOM. GREAT COMPANY, SET UP WAS PROFESSIONAL AND QUICK. DELIVERY WAS RIGHT ON TIME.

TOOK THE POOL TABLE APART AND MOVED IT TO MY UPSTAIRS GAME ROOM. THEY LEVELED THE TABLE AND PLACED IT WHERE I REQUESTED.
