Repair went well.

Brett came and replaced the cartridge of the leaky shower that was not correctly installed by a previous plumber he had (from the warranty company). He quickly identified the problem and replace a new cartridge within an hour. Brett was punctual, professional and knowledgeable. We will definitely hire them again as well as recommend to our friends!

I called Babcock Plumbing because I found a wet spot in my yard. that was getting bigger. A spinning meter confirmed I had a leak somewhere. Brett came out within a day, found the leak in the main water line into my house, and repaired it within a little over an hour. He was friendly and personable, and I felt the charge was reasonable. I will use him again if I need plumbing work done.

They didn't have to fix anything, but they did make sure it was working correctly. He was responsive and gave us a discount because nothing was actually wrong. We've used them several times before.

I really like them. They're excellent and they have average prices. I think that they're very dependable, very accurate in what they do and they always come back and fix it if they didn't get it right the first time. I've never had them come back to do anything, but they've been with us for many years and I'd never have kept them if they didn't do what I want. I would definitely recommend them.

Babcock Plumbing is very efficient and always has the necessary equipment on hand. It also does a great job of cleaning up any messes, and it does good work in general.

I have used Babcock plumbing a handful of times over the past 3 years and they have been consistently excellent. They are prompt, courteous, and professional. I feel that they are extremely honest (at one point when it looked like I would need to replace my water heater because of water leaking from the bottom of my unit, upon closer examination they were able to prevent an expensive replacement by finding that replacing a heating element would solve the issue). When it was time to replace my water heater, their quote beat those of Lowe’s and Home Depot and they were able to offer a better price despite the fact that they installed a higher end unit than those sold by the two “big box” stores. They were also a lot easier to work with in terms of the timeliness of the quote and scheduling of the installation. The replacement entailed some backbreaking labor (my original unit was ridiculously huge – about 120 gallons) and they completed the work in a timely and competent manner. I have complete confidence in this family-owned company and I am happy to support their business!

We've used him for years. He's fixed toilets, pipes outside, various plumbing jobs. He's very pleasant, I think he knows what he's doing. He has a very nice appearance. I think his costs are fair.

One of our hot water heaters was leaking slowly, not terrible yet, but we knew that at 10 years old it was time for a replacement. We phoned Babcock Plumbing whom we have used before. I compared prices with Home Depot and I was satisfied that Babcock was competitive. We agreed that the the repair could wait until morning. Father and son came early the next morning as they had promised, removed the 10-year old heater and installed the new one with a lower SEER. They were quick, efficient, prompt and neat. The new heater works fine. My husband I decided to have them install a recirculating hot water system at the same time; this was our attempt to cut down on the wasting of water when we wait for hot water to reach our faucets. The same team of Babcocks, came, very clean, very professional and very pleasant as they worked in some tight spaces. We have continued to use them and are always pleased.

I called and spoke to Sheldon about what I needed done, he told me it would be approximately $500 to $600.00. He came out and measured, and said he would be back on Monday to install the line. He was here Monday like he said and did a great job. I would highly recommend him!

They did very good work and were reasonably priced.

I've been told several times over the last few years that I should have a regulator installed. After some problems surfaced, I called Babcock to do the work. Having dealt with Babcock in the past, I probably would have called them anyway, but after seeing them on Angie's list I knew they were the ones to call. The only negative was, that they arrived about 45 minutes after the window (without calling), but it was only a 2 hour window, so that seemed reasonable to me. The price they charged was about the same I was estimated about 3 years ago.

GREAT WORK. CAREFULLY CUT DRYWALL FOR MINIMUM DAMAGE. USES HIGHER GRADE OF COPPER PIPE THAN MOST. DID CLEANUP EACH DAY DURING 4 DAYS OF WORK. AN SUPERB FATHER - SON TEAM THAT WORKED VERY QUICKLY AND WERE BOTH VERY PLEASANT. PRICE WAS IN THE MIDDLE OF TWO OTHER BIDS.
