This is how a company should work. They came out , gave an estimate, which was very reasonable. We scheduled an appt. Showed up on time, did what they said they would in a timely manner and cleaned up when they were done. I chose to go with the 6yr warranty plan. If I sell my house I already have the termite warranty. Plus, the warranty can transfer to the new owners. After 6yrs. you can renew @ $150.00 per yr. Excellent company to do business with. Searched Home Advisor for the best termite treatment companies in the east valley. Arizona Termite Specialists was one of three recommendations provided by Home Advisor. After researching all companies, I selected Arizona Termite Specialists for a few reasons. Excellent reviews, superior customer service, extremely knowledgeable, they are termite specialists (as opposed to jack of all trades), fast service, competitive pricing. I will only use Arizona Termite Specialists in the future! They are a solid company in all aspects!
