Great! He did a great job setting up the area prior to getting started to help reduce potential water mess and when he was done he cleaned up everything like he was never there.

David worked diligently to find a tech to replace my water heater and did it same day!! He was honest about the cost and very flexible with the timing and pick up of my water heater. Garrod did an awesome job installing the water heater. It was a seamless experience. I felt at ease and now I am stress free because of Garrod and David. Thank you both so much!!

Considering this was our first water softener I had many questions. Justin was patient and took several calls until we finally decided to pull the trigger. The team was punctual and gracious. They installed the water softener and all faucets without issue. They also discovered that I had a leak near my water main line and also my bathroom supply lines were calcified. Obviously, these people are expert in this field. Every question was answered. Professional, honest and there was no up sell. Perfectly installed, on time. The softener works great and we already notice a big differnce in the shower, washing machine and dishwasher. Fantastic experience. Recommend without reservation.

One of the same gentlemen who had previously installed the RO system at our house came back one year later to change the filter. While the price of the filter and the service seemed high to me, we are very pleased with the services and the RO system's performance. The gentleman who had returned for the annual service was extremely personable and professional and even remembered our daughter from the previous service. The man was punctual and the service was quick and without complication. I would definitely recommend Allegiance Water Services to anyone looking for a caring company to install and/or maintain a quality RO system for their home.

Contacted Allegiance to service old RO filters. System was too old and not working. Rescheduled time for install of new RO System. On time, on budget, preformed the work requested and did not leave a mess. Left clear instructions and manuals and have had no issues since install. Will contact them in the future for a water softener replacement.

Justin and his team are fantastic! They are all so knowledgeable and helped to guide us in selecting the right system for our home. They are great and we would not hesitate to use them again...and again!

He was friendly, professional, and courteous. Ironically, a few days later, the 7 year old system sprouted a second leak, and he quickly returned to fix it. I will use Allegiance Water Services in the future!

Replaced filters for carbon filter and 6-stage RO (they originally installed them as well).

They did a wonderful job, had excellent customer service, were very clean, neat, come back when there were any issues and everything turned out perfectly.

He did a great job, he arrived on time and called me back from my email inquiry very quickly. When he arrived he got right to work and fixed the problem in about 4 hours and cleaned up very well.

We have an older home that has multiple plumbing issues. Justin came out and talked to us about all of the options and made recommendations for repair and replacement. We had an acute issue with a leaking, rusting sink that he went to work on right away. He ordered the parts and showed up exactly when he said he would and did an excellent job. We had old toilets that needed replacing and he was very patient with us in making the decision on which toilets would work for us. We also had an emergency leak in a wall that we discovered late on a Sunday night. He showed up early on Monday morning and had it fixed in an hour. He even recommended someone to do the drywall repair. He is very knowledgeable, neat, clean, and polite. We still have multiple issues to be addressed, but we have to space the work out to stay in our budget. He is very accommodating to our schedule and he will definitely be our choice to complete the jobs!
