Chris called within 5 minutes of my asking for help. We made an appointment for an hour later and he was early, Very polite, knowledgeable and explained what needed to be done. He went right to work and got it fixed. I thought the price was very reasonable. Later that evening we had a problem again. I called Chris and he came back the next morning and every thing was working fine. I felt foolish for having called him, but he was very nice about it. I think Chris is a fantastic technician and an even better human being.

Came on the same day of call. Garage door spring had broken. Needed fix asap. Came when said and got it all fix and the doors tuned up. Great job and the price was acceptable. And no funny business. No quote a price and then adding labor on after or additional parts cost, Paid what the y quoted. Thanks for the great job.

Chris showed up on time, diagnosed the problem and had it repaired in about 20 minutes. I would like to say that he should not have been charged for the referral because i did not request a quote from him at Home Advisor or anyone else. I bailed out of the site because I did not want to be locked into a specific guaranteed quote. I never even saw Chris's company's name on Home Advisor before I bailed out. I Googled for a garage door repair company and his came up, so I called him. He did not give me a specific quote until he inspected the door. Treat him right. He treated me right.
