Very professional but also easy to talk to. They did a great job finishing my drywall and wall texture inside my house. They knew exactly what they were doing and it all turned out perfect. I would highly recommend them for the price and the work they do! Plus they are really great people!

The owner Chris and his wife Jennifer are wonderful. They came on time, were very careful putting up scaffolding, to do a high ceiling patch job. We had 3 holes total, they waited in between the drying process, it looks really nice, canâ t tell where the job was done. Highly recommend them. They are local in San Tan Valley.

Chris & Jennifer came out to our house to inspect a few settling cracks. Chris was very knowledgeable on construction & what was required to get the job done correctly. They were very accommodating and squeezed us into their already busy schedule within a day. Floors & furniture were well protected and they literally mopped their way out the door! They did a great job - the house looks like new! THANK YOU! ð

The first meeting was great. Chris agreed to paint the house, caulk and fix all the dings and small holes in the house. We also agreed to some minor carpentry work in the kitchen- for a stated price. Once I received the first bill (a half up front situation) I noticed he excluded the price of the paint in the original quote. I had talked to him about a competitors price and he said he could do it for less. I don't know if this is standard- but he was not forthcoming with this information and it felt like a bait a switch. This was the OK part. Then came the paint job. Unfortunately I was out of town when he called and said he had finished the job, so I had my son go over and take a look one evening. He said it looked - OK. So I paid the balance of the bill. I arrived in town the next day or two and visit the house and looked at the paint job. Wow, what a poor and unprofessional paint job. There was not one room in the house that did not have wall paint on the ceiling. many of the rooms had mis matched paint (satin versus flat - or whatever), there we still many nail and screw holes not patched and those that were patched were patched poorly with rubbery caulk or something. The were pieces of tape on the walls that were left there and painted over. There was paint on fixtures and and poor cut in or taping work along he ceiling. I am no expert, but I took photos of these issues and the friends I shared this with were shocked. I approached Chris and he had his guy come out to correct. He told me I had to buy more paint to fix his mistakes. After this guy was done I inspected again and only part of the items were corrected and in a sloppy fashion. His guy and I did agree there was a paint sheen mismatch and he agreed to come back the next day and fix it. I called Chris a few days later and asked when it was going to be done and he said his guy was no longer there and he would come out and take care of it with some other workers. I met him and explained my displeasure with the work and he said he would take care of it but told me I might not have enough paint and I would need to go buy some more. That made no sense to me- why am I paying for his mistakes. Long story short, this team finished that night and the paint job still looks bad. I am in contact with Home Advisor to see what they can do to help me undo a poor paint job. I hope this was just a bad month for Chris and C&R.

At first the guys were really good to work with. They were doing a good job. Had some things that need to be redone. Then towards the end things got a little complicated between the employees. The TV also received a big scratch. Waiting for owner to call back.

A very professional team. Chris & Jennifer made sure the work completed on-time and done right as promised. A personable group to work with. Great work ethics and follow-up. Very happy with the final result.
