I signed up for their preferred customer service because I will use S&M if I ever need more electrical work.

Everything was very good except that the final price for repairs exceeded the original estimate. The amount charged seemed high considering the amount of time it took to fix the problem. Update: S&M reviewed my bill and agreed to only charge according to the original estimate and not the higher amount charged because of the job taking longer than anticipated. I would recommend this company.

On time and a great job

Knowable, extremely respectable to me and my home. Went the extra step to explain what had happened and what he needed to do to remady the problem. Very satisfied.

Be prepared for the job to be done when an estimate is given. We got the estimate that day & with the OK to do the job, Don immediatey got to work. Don was very knowledgeable & professional. He didnâ t talk down to me & being a woman, that was very much appreciated. He put in extra time to finish the work. The only complaint I have is the $69 trip charge that I was not aware of. Usually businesses absorb that cost when you have work done & in our case, our total bill was almost $700.

S&M was a pleasure to work with. Don showed up on time, the pricing was straight forward and honest. They did great work and cleaned up after. Would definitely recommend and use again for future electrical needs.
