Used Maid To Order for mid-renovation of an older home, pre-move in cleaning. The two cleaners did a top to bottom cleaning on short notice, during the holidays. They were very thorough and fast. The construction dust was so thick it took multiple rounds of mopping. The results passed the white glove test. Very reasonable rates for a super job. Will hire again and would not hesitate to recommend.

Think they need a new vacuum. Questioned if they vacuumed, they sad they did, but came back in and I watched them vacuum our area rug, but still found hair and dirt when they were done. Didn't clean the ceiling fan. Not sure if they ran out of time or forgot. They never mentioned it and I didn't notice till the next day. Floors and bathrooms were fine.

We hired this company to clean a home for market. We expected it to be a deeper clean, instead of just a surface clean. We had to go in ourselves and complete the job so the property would be ready to show. However, the carpet guy did a fantastic job, and we would definitely recommend him again. I needed my windows washed inside and outside. The window cleaner arrived on time and went right to work. He cleaned the windows, screens, and the tracks. My curtains and draperies were handled with care. I will hire this company again.

The girls were very professional and arrived on time. They were not able to clean the tub as it wasn't draining. Once we got this problem corrected they came back and finished the bathroom.

Hard working and pleasant. Only complaint is that they were eager to leave even though I still had an hour of work I had paid for. I could have easily found more for them to clean. They left in a real hurry without pointing out I still had another paid hour due to me. Also towards the end of their session there was lots of chatter between the cleaners about a tip even though I was assured by management that the fee covered a tip.

They are very efficient ... arrived promptly, got to work and didn't waste time talking or phoning ... very thorough. They worked 15 minutes longer than planned but It was a first time cleaning our place so not surprising. It's not an easy house with 3 floors, etc. We will definitely have them back.
