+ -1 moreWhen I called I always spoke to the owner, Brent. He gave me his best price and did not try to upsell me into more expensive treatment options or try to cut me a 'special deal' (which another company I called tried to do both). The technicians were there on time and did a very thorough job. Even told me to call them when we have the tile removed so they can treat the floor before we re-install new tile. The $450 price comes with a 2 year warranty and is $100 a year to renew after that - very reasonable. This company was recommended by my Realtor and I would use them again.
Description of Work: Recommended by my Realtor - we just purchased a house that evidence of termites in the detached garage. The technicians were very thorough and treated both the house and garage, and even mentioned that when we have the tile floor taken out (we are redoing floors) to call them to come back and treat the floors before we retile. They were there for about 3 hours.
