I placed an order for their Hendrum toilet a month ago that never arrived. And I simply can't reach them: online support only answers questions about products and doesn't have any order/account information. I asked to forward requests to call me back. They didn't respond to emails, can't get them on the phone, left voice messages - no one ever called me back or replied to my email. My bathroom remodel project is on hold now because of that.. They also hide who the manufacturer is and apparently it is made in China.

I have had issues for over two years with this company. The packaging was damaged when it arrived and after the installation, it started leaking. I spoke with them for over 10 months to have them trouble-shoot the leak with their technical support. It took them forever to send small parts throughout the 10 months. They said I didn't have a plumber install it and informed in the beginning that I could have a handyman or me, the homeowner, install it. When I filed the complaint, they said that I voided my warranty because I didn't have a plumber install it. I had the emails that only a plumber was needed for the rough-in, not for the full installation. The individual who installed was more than qualified than a handyman. I had a plumber come out and he had to take the entire shower apart to even diagnose what was going on and track down the leak. One of their managers told me to get a plumber and when I asked for this in writing, he said they would only pay for the parts and not the labor. He said their warranty only covered the parts and not labor implying that he was respecting the warranty at that point. I went through my district attorney's office and filed a complaint. The company's lawyer wrote to let me know that I voided the contract. In the meantime, the power pad broke and they couldn't supply a crucial part in order to operate the system. I then filed another complaint with the district attorney who has now taken action against them.
Description of Work: They are an online company that I purchased a steam shower from. I purchased the shower in July and it didn't arrive until October, which was over two months when they said it would arrive.
