This was by far the worst experience we've ever had with a landscaping company. The crew let over 10 of our long standing plants die without ever diagnosing what was wrong, or letting us know there was any issue. After the crew left, weeds were left growing, dead foliage was still on plants, dying plants were not touched, and watering issues (clogged droppers etc) were left untouched. Multiple phone calls, texts, emails and photos were sent in to show issues, and weeks would pass before the work was scheduled. Each individual item was Up-charged, so that the base fee quoted did not include travel, technician time (to diagnose or correct watering), or yard waste disposal. The owner was sarcastic and argumentative, did not follow through, and had no sense of customer service. This has been an expensive and extremely poor experience.

They were very good.

A very professional crew takes care of maintaining the grounds.  Victor's has additional professional staff to handle the out-of-the-ordinary issues that arise.

I came home one day and apparently the weeds decided to pop out overnight. I called them and he gave me a really good estimate. I only have them a couple of months; they come out monthly and service everything. They came out and did everything. I had a dead cactus in the backyard then they came out last week and removed it without me asking them to do it. They removed it on their own. They don't have to wait for me to tell them and I appreciate that. They also reviewed my irrigation system and sent me a quote because they noticed that my trip lines are close to my tree. They are recommending that the trip line be moved away from the trunk of the tree into the roots...move further out. I don't know if that is needed but I still have to look into it. That is why I hired them so they can identify things that I wouldn't think needs to be done.

We have had them do winter grass....regular weeding , cactus , trees replaced and groomed.
They are a full service agency.

They were prompt but I wasn't notified when they were onsite.This home is not my residence and I needed to drive there. Much to my dismay, I found they had been trimming trees along with the yardwork. I had spent $400 the previous month on an arborist and did NOT want the trees touched. The time they spent on this, added time onto the original estimated time of 1 hour. They phoned only to tell me, the job would need to be 3 hours(and at $120/hr?!) So I caved to let them finish up at 2 hours but felt if they had followed my wishes, had a better amount done in the allotted time. I also don't know for certain how long they were actually at the property so did they truly work 1 hour by the time I had arrived? I don't know for certain. I gave one of the laborers additional money to blow debris from the front yard and that was a mistake. I should have spoken with someone in charge instead of the only person onsite who spoke English. The additional cost and time caused me to back out of the weed-spraying I had budgeted for.

It was a large job but I wish I'd been told up front before they started, that additional time would be necessary. Overall I mostly got what I paid for. My jacaranda tree has great sentimental value and I didn't want additional limbs removed after the arborist determined which growth we wanted to encourage.

They are very good at what they do. They clean up the messes once they're made. I had a tree limb fall and they picked it up and took it away from me. They always respond to my calls and are very professional.

They come every month. They do a great job. The interaction is excellent.

He carefully cleans up if anything falls inside the pool. He is dependable and well organized. I have recommended him to my neighbors and they also have started using him. He is pretty knowledgeable and runs his own business. He does a good job.
