+ -1 moreHe was hired to service my sister's property who is in hospice at the moment. The first visit went well to my knowledge. He charged $250 for the visit which seemed outrageous but he did seem to have done the job. When the weeds re-emerged we had him back out there to address the issue. He was there for less than 2 hrs and billed us $200. He didn't apply any pre-emergent to keep the weeds from coming back. When we asked why, he said it was because it was too hot. A friend of mine who is in the landscaping business said that he's never heard of that. I ended up having to call him to complain before he applied the pre-emergent. My sister said he ended up finishing the job. But to take advantage of a single woman like that - Inexcusable. Buyer beware.
