Description of Work: I purchased a $19.99 Big Deal for a Locksmith Service Call. It was okay. He was using an existing lock and he did the best he could, but the lock still doesn't work 100% perfect. Although he was working with existing hardware, he was unable to install it to a completely functional level.

Description of Work: I bought a coupon from Angie's list which said it was $19.99 for a service call. I expected it to include a lock change, but it did not. It ended up costing me their standard rates which are about average. Having said all that, they did rekey all the locks on my new home and I haven't had any problems with the locks.
