Description of Work: Picked and then rekeyed a doorknob lock that had been locked by mistake (my mother didn't have a key). He arrived on time, was very polite and helpful and had the entire job done in 30 minutes. Very reasonably priced and professional.

Description of Work: They helped install front door handle and deadbolt that had some stripped out screws from the previous install. Everything turned out great, very professional.

Description of Work: They did not show up on the date agreed on. They came a day late and then offered no solutions to my problem. I suggested 2 deadbolts on the door. They said yes to my solution (and I'm no locksmith/security expert by any means), and agreed to return the following day. They did not come, but instead texted or emailed that my security problems were "too much to handle." Really. Two deadbolts on a door? |They were truly awful. |I found another locksmith who immediately thought of an ingenious solution, implemented it in 5 minutes, and the cost was diminutive. |I realize I'm a statistical sample of n=1, which doesn't count for much, but United Lock Services was an unfortunate experience, and sadly, because I've never worked with angle's List, it reflects poorly on you. I haven't used your services since.

Description of Work: Punctual and professional. Added double bolted locks to all exit doors and additional locks as well. Provided excellent service- I have used their service before and was happy to call them again given that my experience with their service is flawless.

Description of Work: Nathan came out and installed two deadbolts, new doorknobs and rekeyed everything. When I purchased the home we were given a handfull of keys Nathan figured out which keys went to the gates and made sure they were working smoothly, the rest were a mystery! I would use them again.
