Description of Work: I pre-purchased a package to rekey two doors but had more to be done. I do not live in AZ and flew in to get work done on my rental house after renters moved out. I contacted United Lock Service via Angie's List the day prior with no hope of getting a tech out during my one day visit to the house. To my delight...Nathan contacted me right away and offered to come by late the day I was planning to be in town. He was actually available a few hours earlier so that made it possible for me to catch an earlier flight home. I had him replay one door know and one deadbolt as well as rekey 14 locks (we have Arizona screens on all exterior doors with deadbolts!!) Nathan applied the 'coupon' I prepaid with Angie's List to my bill and added no mark ups for the extra work. He did a fantastic job and was done in about an hour. Very clean cut worker who paid attention to detail. Thanks Nathan! I will be calling you again when my next group of tenants move out.

Description of Work: it was emergency lock service -- we locked ourselves out of our new house. The guy came quickly, but had to drill through two locks; he couldn't pick them. I was fine with that -- we just needed to get into the house.
