Description of Work: took advantage of AL special so compared to others their price was VERY fair. Lost their number and could not remember their exact name and called the wrong company when I was locked out of house. Other company TOTALLY RIPPED ME OFF and took advantage of the situation. Added $300 of cost after I signed the estimate. Wish so much I had called United.

Description of Work: United Lock sent someone to replace our door knobs and deadbolts on Monday morning. The service man was very courteous and efficient and had everything taken care of within an hour. We would not hesitate to call them again to do work at our house.
