Description of Work: They changed the locks for 3 of our exterior doors once we moved into our new home. He did the job but there were scratch marks on our new french doors and the color of the new locks didn't match the frame. The cost was twice as much as we anticipated. In retrospect, we could have done it ourselves for 1/4th of the cost.

Description of Work: When I answered the special ad I requested that the contact me in Feb due to the amount of paper work I had to do. My husband had passed away in 2015 and I was left to handle the estate. I did not know how much work that would be. They never got back with me. Sorry to disappoint them with this information but the truth is the truth. Description of Work: Rekeyed all locks to match. Had a problem with one door knob later on and he came back and put a whole brand new knob on at no charge. | |As a side note: There is a charge for each door knob lock and one for the deadbolt, so the price can add up quickly.
