Bought the coupon $19.99 (which is usually $15 for service call) and did not apply to total bill then spent another $87.50 for work done at the home. Great service; prompt; efficient but overpriced - would feel better if the $19.99 would go towards the total bill.

The work was was done. He was professional.

.Nathan arrived on time on a 12-2 window. i had a newer electronic deadbolt to install, and after he examined it for a little, began the install. The craftsmanship was top notch and he took the time to explain the basic fundamentals of the lock system and vacuumed the area spotless after he was done. after reading the caveats of the do it yourself installations on Amazon, I let a professional do it and it shows. definitely would use Nate and Universal locksmith again. A+

I used the special deal for this service. They did a really good job and did everything I wanted. I called them to set up an appointment and they said that they would come over right then, so that was really good. It was nice for somebody to adjust that quickly; it made life a lot easier. I will use them again.

He was quick, congenial and had all the tools to do the job with him on his truck. He is great, did a great job, thorough and easy to get along with. The price was great!

I called this morning. He came the same afternoon, a little eariler than what he had said, which worked out great for me.

The company answered my call on a Sunday and were able to send out a tech by tues. They came within the time period they said they would and the gentleman was polite, fast and efficient.

My daughter had purchased a foreclosure, and several locks needed to be rekeyed. The major problem was the lock on the front security door. Unfortunately, the locksmith was unable to rekey the lock because it had been installed incorrectly, so he had to drill out the lock. We later replaced the lock with a new lock. The locksmith was prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable about the various locks. The cost ended up being higher than anticipated due to the improper installation by the previous company and the need to drill the lock.

Nathan arrived on time. I only had to walk him around the house once to explain what i needed. He determined that two door knobs were not working and needed replacement. He explained everything very well. We also asked him for recommendations for two gates that needed locks. He was able to sell us a lock for one gate but couldn't provide one for a side gate. He told us what we had to do first with the side gate before he could set us up with a lock. I will have him back for any other lock needs we might have.

They showed up the next morning on time and were quick and professional. He even changed out a new deadbolt and locking door handle for me.
