Fabulous service. Extremely professional and personable young man. The appointment was set up solely for removing broken key but when I showed him some security issues that concerned me, he promptly told me the solution and added security bars to my sliding glass doors. He also fixed (at no expense) a lock that was not correctly aligned. Great service. Would definitely recommend and use again.

I would HIGHLY recommend Nathan at United Lock Service. He was so professional and fixed both of our doors at a very reasonable price. (It helped that I had an Angies List Coupon!) He also pointed out that the builder had not drilled a very deep hole for the deadbolt to fit into the wall when the door was locked which limited how much the bolt was actually effective. (Hope this makes sense!) We gave our approval for him to drill into the wall to create a deeper trench. I could immediately see how much safer the lock was after he did it. And, of ocurse, he fixed the problems we had originally called him to take care of. Would definitely use this company again. Honest, efficient and a delight to deal with! Plus, he came out the same day I called within 3 hours.

He was prompt. When he came you had to purchase the security bolt. I had to pay additionally for him to put in the hole for the bolt to go into. I felt that the Big Deal I purchased for his service was misleading as I wasn't expecting to have to pay additional costs. He worked quickly and was very professional.

It was great experience overall. They were very courteous and explained all our options and then completed the job for a small fee.

Nathan was extremely helpful, professional, and courteous. There was one pool safety lock that I also wanted changed, but they don't provide those services. He was kind enough to provide a recommendation. I applied the coupon provided on this site to the services with no questions asked. I would highly recommend them for your locksmith needs.

I found a coupon on Angie's List so bought it (gave me a discount). Called the company and figured that it would be at least next week. But to my surprise he was able to come this afternoon! He gave me an hour time frame and he came in that time frame. Looked at the job, gave me a quote and after I approved it...set to work. I ordered extra keys which he provided for a cost. Bottom line....he came quickly, did what I needed and was done and left. I was satisfied with the service. Would call him again!

Tenants abruptly moved out of our rental property, taking all the keys with them. They had had the front and back doors rekeyed and never gave me a copy of the new keys. There was concern about them re-entering the premises so we wanted the house rekeyed ASAP. I called United Lock and Nick gave me a quote over the phone. He helped me figure out which of his specials I could use and was available that same day for the work. He assured me he could rekey both the locks I had a key for and the ones without. He showed up on time, even a little early, and explained what he was going to do and the charges. He was quick and efficient. He even makes extra keys for me on-site. I ended up changing my mind after he left and wanting a couple more locks done as well as the mailbox. I called him and he was kind enough to come right back and perform the work cheerfully even though it was lunchtime and he probably needed a break from the heat. I agree with a previous review, Nick does indeed rock!

Besides a little scheduling problem, the work was done as expected and within the budget.

Wow, these guys are good! I called late afternoon one day and they were out the next day. Fix my lock in about 15min. There estimate was right on the money and are very honest. They were even 15min early. I used the coupon from Angies list, paid a total of $57.50 I would hire them again in a second. Highly recomended!!!

I needed 5 locks re-keyed on a rental property. I called 4 different locksmiths to check prices. all around $110 for 5 locks including trip charge. I called Nathan and asked him which of his Angies list coupons would work best for me. He told me his 75 for 35 would mean I would owe him $45. We scheduled a time, he showed up when he said he would, he was pleasant and professional. He was about to leave when I asked him to cut off a padlock the sellers had left. He did it happily. Nathan rocks.

Nathan showed up a couple minutes early on a Saturday morning. He quietly worked swiftly to replace every lock and dead bolt in the house we purchased. We would recommend him due to his perfection, care and ease.

We are pleased with the service (getting an estimate, scheduling the work, and quality of the repairs) and very glad we do not have to replace all our exterior door fixtures. We had an Angie's coupon ( $35 for $75 worth of locksmith services); the total cost was the $35 coupon and an additional $20 at the time of service.

Nathan arrived at 12:15 and left at 1:00. He immediately evaluated my locks, even making a suggestion for better protection on one of my back doors. When I told him one of my doors would soon be replaced, he advised me not to add a dead bolt now, but to do so as soon as the door is replaced. He was fast, professional, courteous and well-dressed. It was a totally pleasant experience.

Arranged service call online before we arrived - repairman arrived promptly as arranged - advised what needed to be done - did work quickly and efficiently - liked the option to rekey so we could use our house keys on lock but also had keys that would open only gate too - service call waived due to Angie's List coupon - repair costs in addition very reasonable.

Nathan (the owner of the business) did an excellent job. The old locks and deadbolts that were being replaced had been installed incorreclty by Lowe's several years ago when we replaced the doors so it took Nathan a little longer. We are very satisfied with the job. Nathan was very professional. We would certainly would recomment United Lock Service and Nathen.

Misrepresentation of cost. We did not understand there was a service call and I paid $75.00 for a prepaid discount of $35.00. Installer made a mistake in his count; we had 8 locks rekeyed at $15.00/ea and not 9. Total cost was way out of line. Good job but won't do this again.

Nathan was on time, professional and personable. I had five different locks that were not working properly (hard to turn etc.). He adjusted them all and rekeyed my garage door cylinder. He even did some grinding on one of the latch mechanisms and strike plate. I could not believe that I had lived with my locks operating so difficultly for so long. It is not a chore to open any of the doors. The garage was the worse. I would have to "jiggle" the key for up to 2 minutes to get it to open with a key from the outside. I asked him to install a deadbolt lock between my kitchen and the laundry room that leads out to my garage. I am very happy with the service and would hire Nathan again.

Would easily hire them, or recommend them if/when this type of service is needed.
