It went really well. It’s amazing how quick he was. He was here for only 15 minutes.

He called immediately and was very friendly. When I explained the situation, that I had lost the round type lock for my safe, he said he was not able to open it for me, and would suggest I contact Angie's List for a refund.

Provider did nothing that I hadn't already done. Simply checked that the batteries were good and then declared that the lock was not functional. It was a waste of my time and money. I expected a level of expertise beyond my own.

Nathan was very professional; he called several times to confirm the appointment. Due to a prior scheduling conflict, I requested a change on the same day and he was flexible enough to change the date to later in the week. He arrived on time and completed a walk through, confirming the work we requested before he started. The work was done in a timely manner with 7 locks and our mailbox rekeyed as well as replacing a door knob in the garage. He did more work and thus the total was more than his price quote over the phone so he gave us 4 additional keys. I was happy with his professionalism, flexibility, and work skills, and would recommend him to anyone needing a good, trustworthy locksmith.

This is the second time I have used this company for lock services. The work in both cases was superior.

DO NOT PURCHASE! It's incredibly overpriced. A $49 Angies List deal ONLY includes 2 rekeys and service call. There are several companies that charge WAY less. A lot of these deals on Angies List (this one included) are rip offs.

It was great. They showed up 10 minutes early and were finished in 15 minutes. They didn't leave anything for me to clean up when they left.

They were good. It only took about 2 minutes as I only needed 1 lock re-keyed. He was very nice.

I had a door I wanted reinforced. He gave me my options. As I had other providers in the house at the time and there were problems with them both needing ot be in the same place he offered to come back later in the week. He was punctual, quick and courteous when he returned later in the week. Clean up was good. I would use him again.

Locksmith was great...on time, polite and quick. And the price was very competitive.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was fine. It was easy and they were here on time. The job was completed as expected. I spent about $100 additional because there were a number of additional locks that were rekeyed.

The costs to key and replace two locks, where there were already two of the exact same locks, with 19.99 service call is more than 70.00. I call that a rip off.

Nate was awesome. He communicated clearly throughout the process, was willing to book a saturday morning appointment, arrived on time, and he worked quickly. Would use his services again in a second. Thank you Nate!

I had an Angie's coupon for the service call. I paid for the lock changes. They were $15 each,which I thought was too high. Also, my fault--the garage locks are not the same as the front door, So I have 2 keys. I failed to tell him to make all the locks the same.It did not take long to comp-lete the job.

He came out right away and re keyed 6 locks in 25 minutes made sure everything worked well. I paid him then he was on his way.

He was prompt, didn't waste a minute, communicated well. The job was done well. I wouldn't hesitate hiring them again.
