In the printout it said they were a "full service locksmith". "Use this coupon for needs including re-keying existing locks,new lock(that would be me)or high-security deadbolt installation and much more!" I did not expect to be charged more, so I would like a refund of my $18.00. Thank you P.S. Really have no idea when I called them.

While he was there and available I had him install two additional locks. I was very happy with his work and would recommend/use him again.

He came on time and did good job but felt his charge was little higher than expected since I had paid on 1/2 off price. I had to pay addition $70. + -1 moreIt went well; I have used them twice now. They are a good company. He charged for a service call and then the changing of the locks. I spent about an extra $150; because I had them put a new lock in. They showed up when they said they would, did a good job and had what they needed.
Description of Work: United Lock Service changed my locks and put a brand new one in. I also, had them make some keys. It was for a deadbolt lock and changed the keys on six locks.
