Truly Nolen Pest & Termite Control of Phoenix, Arizona

Very well..we called and they were out within a day and fixed the termite issue we found when we were replacing hardwood floors. We were actually going out town and about to leave for the airport when one of the workers spotted the issue. Truly Nolen sent us the paperwork at our destination, worked with our flooring company, and everything was done by the time we got home 4 days later...the termites were gone and the floor was completed and we were not even home! I have since signed up for a yearly warranty and they have backed up the warranty with service without question or a fee.

we have worked with Truly Nolen for about 30 years, for various types of pest control at several different addresses. they are courteous, professional, and reliable. I recommend them whole-heartedly.

Service is good but way overpriced in my opinion.

Review is kind mixed - I've used them for termites for many years. After I finished the addition to the house that I started in 1981, I noticed that some termites had decided to feast on my new ceiling beams and decking around the fireplace. I called Truly Nolen and they have sent the little buggers up to the great woodpile in the sky. I give them an A for this. I also had some noises up in my attic this last year which sounded very much like they could be roof rats. I requested help from Truly Nolen, and they responded with three traps laced with peanut butter. They came out a few times to check the traps, with no luck, and after over a year without dead rats to show for the investment, I cancelled the continuation of that service. I give them a B for this. Either the noisemakers don't like Truly's peanut butter, or they may be spooks or something else making the noise. The folks from Truly tried, but no bang for the buck on this service. By the way, I'm a self confessed retrogrouch and do not text. Anyone wants to contact me, use the latest variety of the Alexander Graham Bell - voice mail if I'm not answering.

The young man they sent to take care of me was faithful and determined to rid my house of the bugs. It worked so far and seems to be through since I haven’t seen a bug in 21/2 months. The price covers a year.

I've used them now for about 30 years. The last time they came out was after the roof was done to make sure none of the rat holes had been opened up to keep the rats and rodents out of the house. They are really helpful. Their pricing is probably on the higher scale but you get what you pay for. They have a really broad scope of product and services available so you can get them to do pretty much any rodent or other types of problems. We've had bee problems and we've had rodent problems and just the regular monthly maintenance so they do it all.

The man was there and inspected and gave me an estimate. I was not happy with the job because the pigeons came back as they didn’t get rid of a nest that they missed; I guess it was just an oversight. They came back and took care of it and did an excellent job.

They came last year, and I haven't seen any scorpions since they came out. They did a great job! They were on time, courteous, and walked me through what they were doing.

Great service. They were on time, very friendly, made a lot of calls prior to work and after.

I would not recommend them anymore; they are too expensive. As soon as my contract is up they are going to be gone. Lately it has been a different guy every time where it used to be the same guy each time; which is not good because the other guy knew what to look for. They also do less and less of what they are supposed to. This last guy is not that good but I will continue to use them until my contract is up. They are always here when they are supposed to be; they want their money.

The entire expereince was excellent. I have used this company for many years and trust them to do the job.

Would have given higher ratings – but we did have some issues having them clean the traps for rats we had in a grill alcove. Also – frequent change of service technicians – all were professional – but pain explaining to them the problems when you just did it.

They have done a great job. I have been with them again for about three years. They were timely. They called the tenants of the rental before hand to make sure that everything is fine. They went above and beyond. They did a really good job.

It is very good. I have no problem. They are very through. They are on a schedule. I don?t have to schedule. They send a card and come. They are a little expensive. The last time they tried to sell me a different kind of new bug protection and I couldn?t afford it. I happy with what I have.

I called specifically to have a swarm of bees removed from my pool. They proposed 2 processes; one a general protection for the outside of the house and the second a repellant for the bees around the pool. I had to call them back 3 times over the course of a month as their interventions were ineffective in removing the swarming bees from the pool. Their general house protection is likely very effective but it was not until I got services from a bee specialist that the swarm was repelled (it was actually as simple as lowering the water level in the pool so that the bees could not hang from the pebble-tech and reach the water). Thus I appreciated their initial response rate and they were likely good on general bugs and pests but I would not use them again for bee control.

After 8 months, I still have a problem with roof rats. Their answers pacify, but do not solve the problem. They are often 2 hours late to scheduled appointments or miss them completely. Nothing new has been done to solve my roof rat situation and now am smelling dead rats. I am shocked to see that they have an A grade on this website.

We are completely happy with them. It has effectively removed our cricket problem, which has reduced the amount of scorpion we have. They come when they say. They are courteous. They Do what they say they will.

No other pest control would deal with ground squirrels at a reasonable cost. We called truly nolen. They said it wasn?t a problem. They got rid of them upstairs. They closed off any access point. They still seem to get up there, but when Truly Nolen comes they get rid of them. In terms of regular service, we get a lot of scorpions in the area. Since we have used Truly Nolen I haven?t even seen a corpse let alone a living one. That has been really great too. Chris, our regular tech is awesome. He lives up in the area, so he understands the issues. He has dogs, so he can handle our dogs really well. He understand an issues they have with the chemicals.

I am very satisfied with the work that they provide me. They are very professional, and they always do an excellent job. They always show up on time, and they are very specialized in the pest control area.

They have worked with me for years with my termite problem. When we bought the house the bedroom had been rebuilt due to termites. He is so good that if we seem to have a problems he will come out for free and take care of the problem. They are very good at helping me and responding when I have a concern, I like that about them, and will continue to use their service, he has done good at keeping everything away this far.
