Crew worked practically non-stop. Work was started and finished when promised. The price was on the higher end but they did good work.

Right from the start this company was very professional in all stages of the project. The esitamte was on time and acted very professional. And the tree trimming expect did a gret job and thoroughly cleaned up the yard after the project.

They were very knowledgeable and helpful; both the professional in the office whom I spoke with on the phone as well as the gentleman who came to administer my deep root conditioning for my trees. I would definitely call them again.

Firsrt crew arrived as scheduled, foreman proceeded to direct crew to pretty much chop down the tree instead of simply trim back branches off limbs. Managed to stop them from completely destroying it and their 'expert', Joe was more interested in CYA than resolving the issue and was utterly worthless. Sebastian made arrangements for new crew to come in and salvage the tree - did good work, communicated well with me to aesthetically undo the damage the previous crew did. bottom line? Be extra cautious in communicating your needs to the crew that arrives because their sales pitch regarding arborist Joe's services is only so much hogwash.

Tree Pro's experts gave us our options for trimming, thinning, and clean-up of our treasured mesquite tree. They probably saved its life by diagnosing and treating a common tree disease. Their pros were easy to work with and got the job done quickly.

On the date of my inquiry of this company, by e-mail, I received a very early phonecall from this company on the morning immediately after a very bad winter storm. A representative was willining to come out that morning, as part of a very large sumac tree had fallen onto the roof of my house, and driveway. The company was able to save this tree with alot of trimming and cutting back, and most important they did an excellant job, and I have used them since for the same tree during the last Oct storm to clean up some damaged limbs on this tree. Very professional staff, recommends what is critical needs and what can wait for service needs.
