Evaluation of condition of trees with recommendations for shaping, trimming and feeding of trees and related costs for completing the work was presented in a courteous and professional manner.

The crew did NOT include an arborist. Fruit trees were trimmed solely with chain saws and two of my sprinkler heads were left broken and my back yard patio area got flooded the next day and I had to hire some repair guys in to fix the two heads.

On time;, aside from cleaning up the area, they cleaned up nicely my neighbors yard from the branches that landed on their property.

On time, prices were as quoted. Gentlemen that completed work were courteous and stayed on task. Would use them again.

They show up on time and get the job done. I use them regularly.

Had one disaster after another. Started in April, the service tech has been here every week to repair major leaks. Have had water standing for weeks in my backyard. May water bill eas 375.00, even when the previous sprinkler system was working never over 120.00. I have wasted a huge amount of money using TreePros. They did not even get everything done they agreed to.

I have used this company several times for tree removal, trimming, tree feeding and lastly to stake a tree that was downed in a storm. The are always prompt and leave the worksite clean.

I was asked to provide my own materials. I had no idea what was broken, needed, or where to get it. That is why I hired a contractor. The contractor went to Home Depo and bought what I needed and I reimbursed him. Typically, in my experience, it is understood the contractor will diagnose the problem and then provide the necessary work and materials to make the repair and I will pay for labor and materials. Other than this odd experience, the work was very good.

The contractor was very helpful in answering questions I had about the project.
