They were very good. The work was impeccable and everybody was professional. It would be nice if they spoke English.

The maids of Scottsdale is one of the best maid services in Scottsdale. They are professional and Jessica is always a pleasure to work with. The availability is no always what I would like it to be due to the high volume of clientele. All in all they do a good job and I'm pretty happy with the service they provided. I used this company for over a year for regular deep clean every 2 months or so.
I did however refer them to a neighbor and never received the referral bonus the company states they provide on their website. Also make sure to check the time the maids show up. At one point the maids reported their arrival time as much earlier than when they actually arrived. I believe the time they are at the residence affects the amount of the final bill.

The Initial phone contact with Jessica went well. She gave us a date and time of July 18, 2014 between the hours of 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM p.m. The three female agents arrived at 12:01 PM. They came into our residence with all their cleaning gear. The three agents wore a golf shirt with their company name embroidered over the left breast. We walked them through the house, explaining what we expected. They went about their work in a courteous manner and finished at 1:40 PM. Just before they quit, their Operations Manager arrived and checked their work. We told him that we were satisfied with the work. All four departed. As this was our first time using a housecleaning company, we do not know, for sure, how to give a proper rating.

They did a wonderful job, the house is spotless! I had 'Crew #9".. Mindy, Shanon, Crystal, and Tamara. They were super thorough, neat, and efficient. They came in like an army and did an OUTSTANDING job..would use them again and would recommend them to all my friends.

I had Them clean my house and they did a really good job. The cleaned a few rooms and did a very good deep cleaning. They were very good at their cleaning job and everything looks nice. The only thing I didn't like was when they swept down the furniture with the floor brush. Otherwise, they did a very good job.

I found this company to be punctual, responsive, professional and easy to get in touch with. The supervisor stopped by my house twice before the cleaning to go over what needed to be done.
On the day of the cleaning, a crew of 4 arrived, which included the supervisor who spoke fluent English. The crew was punctual, well equipped, had every supply and cleaning tool imaginable and set to work without delay. All of the ladies worked hard for 4 hours + after which all the dirt and grime was gone from the house. They also swept out the garage and cleaned/dusted all the built in cabinets. I received an Angies List discount for a first time clean. I was very positively impressed with the service and results and while I wouldn't say it was inexpensive, it was worth what I paid to get the job done right.
The house they cleaned is a rental property I own and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again for cleanings, as necessary, between tenants nor to recommend them to others.

The girls were very sweet but the price was outrageous. They had 4 people come in to this little apartment. It was chaos and I just wanted a peaceful experience. The head girl was very good. I couldn't keep up with so many people. A man with a clipboard was going around the apartment for awhile. If you could see how small this apartment is you would understand the chaos. She gave me a high price and I told her to come out and measure this place. I said I wasn't going to pay the original price.

"We place great value in our Angie’s List reviews and are concerned any time a customer feels our service didn’t meet the mark. When we provide an estimate over the phone, we explain that we work in teams of 3 people. Our customers like this because it enables us to complete the work faster, spending less time in your home. The fourth person mentioned was a manager, checking work to insure complete satisfaction. Our managers check numerous jobs throughout the day (at no extra charge) to ensure our quality is kept to our high standards Because price was mentioned to be higher than expected, we researched this particular clean and compared it to the estimate given prior to service. The final price for this clean was 25% less than the estimate even before any discounts were applied. When we did a follow up call to ensure satisfaction as is customary, we were glad to hear all the good comments about the thoroughness of our work and the kindness of our team, but also apologetic when we could not accommodate sending only one person per visit for future services. As we mentioned earlier, the vast majority of our customers prefer a team to clean their home so they are not “inconvenienced” any longer than necessary while having their home cleaned. Again, we take all comments very seriously and strive to provide the best service available."

Cleaned blinks, vacuumed corners (main vacuuming was already done before they arrived), cleaned blinds in all rooms, cleaned baseboards, wall edges/corners, and dusted. Nice job!

Had The Maids service my home for several months, every other week. Problem with scheduling, as they did not have a regular schedule. Also, the work was not up to expectations. When dusting and vacuuming, nothing was moved so dust bunnies remained. I really disliked picking up and light cleaning before they got here so they would not miss spots. I think services are over priced.

THIS ENABLES US TO OPERATE MORE EFFICIENTLY AND WE BECOME MORE AWARE OF OUR CUSTOMERS NEEDS. WE HAVE ALSO IMPROVED OUR TRAINING PROGRAM SO ALL EMPLOYEES ARE CERTIFIED USING TRAINING VIDEOS AS WELL AS WORKBOOKS.
