The owner made a big effort in the beginning but after a couple of cleans several items from my daughter's bedroom went missing, makeup and sports bras. I contacted the owner and she was unapologetic. She did admit that there had been other complaints about items missing with this crew and that one of the women had been fired. The owner did not offer to replace missing items or reimburse me. Several days later I called her and asked her to refund the price of the cleaning, She agreed to do so (after my request) yet never apologized. Don't bother with this cleaning company.

I've been using them for eleven and a half years. They come every two weeks. Sometimes they do a little extra. Sometimes they miss little things here and there that I have to call them up on, they'll leave a light on or forget to do something. They definitely do a good job. They need to have more consistency with the crew they send out, sending the same people out versus different people.

I felt I came up with a very negative impression, it was like there was so much arrogance, it was unreal. They have their set rules and they wouldn't bend for anything and in my opinion she was the customer, not me. They have a plan and you only go by that plan and they were extremely expensive and I said can you come in and do a thorough cleaning like once a month and she goes no, we don't do that, we have these programs and you have to buy a series to get involved and I'm just like, leave, I never want to see you again. Her arrogance, you can cut it with a knife and they're too expensive. I didn't have the experience of their cleaning, just the quote. They acted like they didn't need my business, like if I were in business I would follow-up and say, what do you say, you think you might use us in the future, blah blah blah, nothing.

We used this service for 3.5 years. In the past 4 months, we have had several items go missing. On 11/1/2012, an expensive diamond ring was stolen. Paula, co-owner of this franchise, was called on her cell telephone number, a number she had provided to this customer to be called for problems, cancellations, etc. On 11/1/2012, at approximately 7:00 p.m., AT THE TIME I GOT HOME FROM WORK AND DISCOVERED MY JEWELRY WAS GONE, I called to advise Paula that one of my diamond rings had been stolen by one member of her cleaning crew as no-one else but husband had been in the house all day. Paula was rude, discourteous, and dismissive. She acted as if the call was intrusive and the incident of no consequence. When my husband followed up with her on 11/2/2012, she advised, although we discharged them as housecleaners on 11/1/2012, that we were no longer allowed to call her cell phone, were not allowed to call any of her staff cell phones, and, again, was rude, dismissive, and downright put out that we would call and report a theft not only to her, but to the police, notwithstanding the ring was purchased for over $3000.00. For a service that had been contracted for longer than 3.5 years continually, to act in such a manner, appears to be reflective of possible company unethical actions, and certainly, unprofessional actions. When we contacted the corporate offices for follow-up, we were routed to an answering service, and our calls have yet to be returned. This, in itself should be BUYER BEWARE of not only the franchises, but also the corporate offices. If corporate does not care enough to ensure that its franchises' treat its customers with honesty, then certainly the franchise will not treat the customer with honesty, integrity, or with courtesy.

It was going to cost $150. 2 women for 2 hours total. The charged my CC without permission. They told me they were there for 4 hours, and decided to charge me $280. That?s not what we agreed upon. I was out of town at the time. They never said they were going to charge me more. It was a very average job. They are not consumer friendly. They were screaming at me on the phone when I called them about this. They were very unwilling to work for me.
The communication was terrible and charged me more than the agreed upon amount.
